the computer is great but windows 11 stinks. Cannot get my old apps to run. Hoping the geek squad can help me.

This is not top of the line nor bottom but great for the average user who just wants to surf the internet/do a few basic things in Microsoft Office. Not the best battery life, average screen brightness but is good enough for what I use it for.

Works well and meets my needs perfectly as I primarily use it for word processing and writing and for internet use. I have had an HP laptop for years and it has been very dependable, thus I bought another one.

What a great laptop. Having a nvme already wow. Don't let the i3 concern you it is powerful.

Chromebook works great! When I open it, it is on instantly. The touch screen works much better than my old Chromebook.

Great experience ordering on line. And was able to add a pick up person since it was a different city then where we live.

It is a great laptop, and works great. The only thing I do not like is that the power button is on the top of the keyboard and it is hard to find the button to turn it on.

Love the size. Color resolution is not very crisp. More faded. Sometimes not readily responsive to mouse commands.
