So far, it works great for the price. Not the fastest, but may be a good fit for students and seniors.

I have not got it fully set up yet but it was exactly what I wanted for a great price.

basic budget laptop ideal for internet browsing, not ideal for more complex tasks, good laptop.

Works well. Happy with my purchase. Had to purchase this one after the last suddenly punked out on me.

It worked great up until 3 weeks AFTER the one year warranty and then all of a sudden, it crashed and had hard drive issues even though it worked perfectly fine. Of course Best Buy and HP refuse to help because there was no extended warranty. Seems a little suspicious that 3 weeks after the one year warranty it random crashes. Super irritated as a one year old laptop should have hard drive issues when it has barely been used and hardly anything saved to it.

Have had zero problem with setup and really usage. Best Buy personnel were helpful and patient.

This peoduct was ok. The complaint i have is 2 part. 1. None of my phone calls to your store connect me directly to your store!!! 2. Waiting around for someone to give me assistance!!! And, I don't ever recommend your store to anyone !!

Not a bad laptop but noticing it gets a little hot. Hopefully that will subside.

I brought this computer last month and so far it's has been a good product.

I am still getting used to it but so far everything seems to be working fine.

good laptop overall. but I would hope the screen has a higher resolution for a 17 inch laptop.

Was an interim purchase with tiny memory while my older HP Envy was being "worked on" by Geek Squad. Not too bad. Seems that all my Microsoft software and settings migrated to this cheaper computer without asking me, while my bigger better old Envy with DVD drive and Beats audio has forgotten who I am!

Great laptop. Does what needs to be done. Great for a high school student.

This is a nice laptop but it doesn't always shut down. I would go with a different brand.

A good basic computer for everyday use. Not a lot of high end features that one may need.

This item is ideal for my use. basic document with a tad of social media

Nice lab top, not very travel friendly because of the size.

Got it for my mom and works good fer her. She just uses it d for very basic things.
