The power button is so small and blends in with the keyboard. Great for minimalism if that's your thing. Larger than average trackpad. Ports are very tight and sometimes takes a lot of strength to pull a USB drive out. The system runs perfectly sound for the specs it has.

Ive always trusted HP. This laptop is fast and easy to use. The only complaint i have is microsoft edge. You have to take the computer out of S mode if you want to use chrome or firefox. Its as if microsoft edge is forcing you to stay with them. I dont like ME. Its too left leaning, and the ME news is fake and full of lies.

I am very pleased I upgraded and purchased this laptop because of the larger screen size. It's easier to see images and type faces. Bein an HP product, I am confident this laptop computer will be an asset for my use for a long time. I am also happy I purchased it from Best Buy, my faborite retailer.

My previous laptop went out unexpectedly. Ran to best buy for help but no luck. This was was good laptop for the price point I was looking for. Learning curve as power button, charging port, and apps are in different places. The display, speed, and graphics are excellent. Would recommend

This computer is a dandy. I'm absolutely thrilled with it. I write, send emails, and so searches on it. I do a few games but I'm not an avid fan of those. It's a good little basic machine for my needs. Would buy it again in a heartbeat without a second thought. Money well spent.

I hate to look for a new laptop, but I needed one for my small business and home space as well. So, I opted for 2 of these. So far, they are great, they are the right size; except I wish they would stop taking things out like the disc reader...I know its old school, but I still use them for some things; I guess it's time to switch to more USB.
