Have used HP for years. Wanted a 17" laptop that met my needs. Had to be an HP and there is was - on sale. Easy transfer from older HP I had. Works great - fast and much lighter and smaller than my older one.

So far my laptop has been great. It has a larger screen than I have ever had before and I love it. It is fast and was easy to set up.

I’m very satisfied with this computer. The processor is plenty fast for my uses which are mostly web browsing and working with spreadsheets. I do not use it for gaming, so I cannot speak to that, but this computer has not bogged down once even when I have like 30 tabs and multiple spreadsheets open. The RAM seems sufficient for my uses and the SSD is responsive and large enough for me as I store most things in the cloud anyway. The screen is large, but the footprint of the computer is not significantly bigger than my old 15” laptop. The graphics are crisp and bright. In short, this computer does what is does well. I think it was a steal on sale for $379.99.

Speed, storage, screen size and ease of use (along with sale price) fit my needs very well. Still love my almost 7 year old HP Notebook but storage and speed were the motivator to make the purchase.

This HP Laptop is rather nice. The screen width is what I need and I was surprised with how light weight it is. The only think I wish it had was an actual hard drive to add storage for personal files. While the SSD does help with speed, it also limits what you can keep on the computer. Overall, a good deal though.

the storage isnt the best for someone who wants to use it for gaming and such but for the price it was it works great. runs smoothly and efficiently. battery lasts a good amoujnt of time.

This laptop is great. The screen is large and it was easy to set up the computer. The keyboard is good. I wish it had more USB spaces, but that's ok.

The item is mechanically sound and performs well. It suffers from being loaded with Windows 11 . The only reason I bought a Windows computer is I have several programs that require Windows. I use it as a stand-alone "shop" computer and It took several hours to purge the intrusive MicroSoft "features" which are a bunch of useless crap.

I purchased for myself, but the weight was heavy for me to carry walking long distance, so I gave to man. He loves the screen size, display, and battery life. We are both semi-retired and was long overdue for an upgrade. Great quality for the price. He wishes HP would upgrade the plugs that goes into the computer they are somewhat fragile and sometimes have to be replaced. We see if it last. I real wanted a 2 in 1 at an affordable price.

Very happy with this laptop. Had to make a quick purchase after the laptop I purchased on Amazon in January 2022 turned out to have a defective battery which almost destroyed the whole laptop. Geek Squad was able to remove it for me so I could continue to use it however manufacturer could not provide a replacement battery so I decided to purchase a new laptop from Best Buy. I used HP products for years until 2022 and I'm glad I went back to what I know. Laptop has everything I need -- 256gb disk, 8gb RAM. Also the 17" screen is very nice. I've never had a larger screen and since my eyesight isn't what it used to be, the larger screen is very helpful. Also like the larger keys on the laptop keyboard. All this for $350. I am thrilled.

This laptop was a great purchase. I've had it 18 months and have not had any issues. It has a large screen and has worked great. Highly reommend. Great purchase.

BestBuy had a great sale on this laptop. It has met all of my expectations. The computer comes with Windows 11-Safe and I changed it to Windows 11 and now able to use all programs that I need. With the SSD, the computer starts up fast and is very responsive with the Intel Core i3 being fast enough for my needs. I am not a gamer so it handles all of my requirements. Love the 17 inch screen.
