Works well for everyday use mostly just use for netflix and browsing the internet

Thus far I am satisfied with my laptop. I brought it for a work from home job. It's working great.

Pickup is the best. Still need to put everything together. But I'm sure it'll be great.

Haven't turned it on yet. The price is good, but I was hoping for a bigger hard drive on a 17" monitor without paying $500+. Bought this on the tax free weekend, it was the only one I found in my price range. The other day I stumbled on one cheaper with a bigger hard drive from another seller. Of course I'm a week too late to return it, at least not without paying a big restocking fee. I'm sure it will function fine, but I'll have to use an external drive for extra storage.

Only think keeping from 5 stars is the weird placement of the power button. Its like on the off centererd on the top row to the right on the keyboad and not on the bezel?

I'm sure the computer itself is great. I expected to be able to use the computer when the Geek Squad man "set it up". I am not very good with the computer, but I can't even get the e-mail to come up. When I ask a question the rep said to get a Geek Squad contract, that they answered questions, he deidn't. So I guess that is what I will do. if I plan on using computer.

Awesome laptop and I would highly recommend it!! I love it!!

I really loved this laptop the sound quality is quite impressive, the battery life may not be as great as other laptop but this one get the job done and at an affordable price.

Did have to go back to the store to get the charger

The young salesman was helpful, but had to bring to Geek squad to tweak something. They were awesome
