I would like to introduce them to my friend! I like them.

Just got this well made HP laptop but hate the Microsoft forcing its Edge program when I only use Google Chrome for all my Internet. I keep seeing myself being pushed around and forced by Microsoft wanting me to use their product. Thanks to Microsoft I can't no longer use my Epson Perfection 3200 Scanner and now can't use my Photoshop 7 no more, each update we get short changed and cheated ! So far I don't see the DVD burner, nor the SD card slots. **--** Shame on you and only two USB slots. The 8 years older Toshiba has three USB.

This computer being a HP laptop is a good product.

I really like this laptop, however I am on my second one due to the fans being loud and running a lot. I only have two tabs open and surfing the internet. Should not be a problem for the processor. Anyone else having this problem?

First off No fault of Best Buy. The laptop failed to calibrate the battery. Multiple calls to HP over two weeks couldn't correct the problem. Unfortunately, i already loaded bank accounts and passwords into when HP wants me to send it to them to be fixed. Not comfortable with that. I guess we'll see if it will effect the laptop

I've had my laptop for 4 months and the touchpad buttons stick so it is dragging everything around and nothing works properly. I rarely use my laptop, maybe once every 2 weeks so it was not overuse by anymeans.

Touch pad didn’t work, wouldn’t charge, letters kept getting stuck, and it was stuck in Spanish

Charger broke after 6 months and HP refused to cover it under warranty, even though it is supposedly covered. Tried to make me pay for another piece of junk that would break in another six months. Hate it when companies sell you junk and expect you to keep buying it! Stand by the products you sell and stop creating more e-waste! Will never recommend an HP product again.

OK Entry level - felt a bit cheap. Ended up returning.

Love this laptop! Bought it in March of 2022 and it lasted a long while for intensive online schooling with coding and excessive use. It just recently stopped working and I’m not sure what the issue is exactly. That’s the only reason I took one star away but I will be purchasing another of a newer version of this laptop.

I bought this open-box Geek squad certified and it was faulty. The fan or something similar was making abnormal noises and I had to return it. The product may be fine but Best Buy sold me a faulty product.

I have only had this laptop for 2 months and the touchpad buttons stick so bad dragging everything around that the laptop if not functional. I should have went with another Lenovo.

I liked the looks but it was slow and wouldn't connect to website directly out of box but was connected to wifi. My phone and ipad had no problems connecting to website. Returned to the store.

Not sure why this has positive reviews; it's so slow and getting out of s mode is a nightmare

Not what I expected. Does not compare of other HP products I’ve purchased through Best Buy.

I’m not completely satisfied with this laptop. I regret purchasing it.

I love it. I'm not a big techie but this laptop fits my needs. My only dislike is the size and placement of the mouse pad. I did have to lock it because it's easy to slide right over and activate it while typing and then all of a sudden, you're no longer typing because you've moved your pointer. I love the size and quality of the screen and how light it feels.

This HP 17” is highly preferred over my Dell 15.6”, I grateful that you could accommodate me.
