So many new ways to use that I do not understand. Or sell a book for how to use for older people.

Online-to-Store Laptop Purchase

I purchased a new 17" HP laptop with Windows 11 on Monday and it arrived three days later at my local BB store. The people at the internet pick-up station in the store were pleasant and eager to fulfill my order promptly and efficiently. Thank you BB.

Great Laptop and Technical Support

In addition, I was thoroughly impressed with the 2 home appointments from the Geek Squad. Their help was most helpful.

This one was purchased to replace the first that was 6 years old. It has performed as expected and has plenty of power and features. Battery seems weak as I have had the new laptop only over a month and battery is reduced to 99% charged.

Such a laptop would cost $700-$800 easily excluding tax, etc. But I got it for $499, plus tax and the 3 Geek Squad Warranty, totaling around $680.

Good Buy So Far

For now, I have left it in S mode. So far so good. Nice graphic, great start up time and no complaints from the 10 year old.

Know what you are getting

bad upgrade

It’s a no for me.

I used it for super basic stuff and am not a gamer or anything like that. I just had to buy a replacement for it and can’t even login to this one to get saved files from it. I’m giving it two starts because the price is good. But since it died so fast, maybe it’s not such a great price after all.
