I miss the way they used to include everything . Oh and I had to buy a case for it too!

I did take it in and Nick was able to show me how to correct the brightness, however the screen is not as vibrant as I think it should be It is still too new to give a further review.

I bought it for work and to help with the kiddos school work, which consist of Microsoft word/excel and being able to navigate the internet, that’s all. It is so slow, I mean like throw the thing in the road slow. It’s been like this since I opened it up. Which happened to be 2 weeks after I bought it which means I’m out of my return date (my fault completely). So save yourself the head ache and look at something else. The Lenovo laptop I had which was more then half the cost was 20xs faster and worked 100x better.

I definitely understand your frustrations with a slow laptop that you only just purchased. Although it is unusual to experience any issues right out of the box, I wanted to provide some insight into what is going on, as well as the remedy to the problem.
This laptop will go through a series of updates once it has been powered on for the first time out-of-box. These updates can take up to one hour to complete and attempting to use programs or running tasks while the system is updating may result in slow or poor performance as key resources are being utilized to support the updates that may not be visible to users. Once the device has completed the update / optimization process, the system’s resources should return to full utilization and you may begin to access your device as designed.

After a few hours of forcing Windows 10 updates to install, it works fine. While updates are happening, laptop is extremely slow so be patient and let it reboot to finish each one.
