The only thing I would change is the keys or the colors of letters on the keys, they are very hard to seee and the light you have put with the keys is no help. It makes them harder to see. so change that and it goodl

The customer service was great and explained everything in details.

Every few days, when I turn it on ready to start my busy day of work, it says “updating…” and takes nearly 20+ minutes. It’s very frustrating. Not once since owning it can I turn it on and start working in a reasonable amount of time. Takes way too long to boot up. Awful.

If you aren't a gamer or use graphics this computer is for you. Download speed is 386 Mbps using wireless internet. Last HP purchase was 3 years ago. Last purchase doesn't compare

Thanks for your review. I can certainly understand why you'd be disappointed in this laptop if it's not living up to expectations. That said, there may be some insight about this laptop that you're not aware of, so I wanted to provide that information to you.
This laptop will go through a series of updates once it has been powered on for the first time out-of-box. These updates can take up to one hour to complete and attempting to use programs or running tasks while the system is updating may result in slow or poor performance as key resources are being utilized to support the updates that may not be visible to users. Once the device has completed the update / optimization process, the system’s resources should return to full utilization and you may begin to access your device as designed.
