Great computer, asked for similar to my dell. Only complaint was i got computer home and then realized i had no port for ethernet cable. Had to order one, delaying my use for a day or two.

Boots fast, cruises from app to app, and does everything it says on the tin. It cured my malaise and general discomfort. Gave me a new zest for life, and a reason to call my aging parents.

My husband bought this but ended up bringing it back. He offered to change it with mine, but boy am I glad I said no! Even I was having difficulty with it. It really is a shame that they have to keep changing these things the way they do. The average person has no clue, and my feeling is that they only do it to get more money out of you! tsk tsk!

This hp-17 laptop is awesome! The only problem I have is that I need a phone number to register my warranty. This pc does not come up on the laptop list so I can register the correct product.

The computer has had issues from the first time I used it. The key pad has a already malfunction. I went through loading all my data and use if for my job so I didn’t want to return it. I will have to use a mouse. The store in Albany was less than helpful also. If I wasn’t pressed for time I would have left and went elsewhere. Just awful customer service and product quality.

I love my laptop! I have recommended it to all of my friends who don’t have a laptop & mentioned to those who do, that they should check it out because they might want to get another.

With assistance from a member of the Geek Squad, the HP laptop is performing excellent. Once again the Best Buy staff provided the necessary tech knowledge to accomplish the task.

I should have returned it the day I got it in the mail. This computer is so frustratingly slow it makes working from it impossible. I kept giving it chances hoping it would improve but it's horrible. The size is nice but just to get to a webpage from starting it up takes 8 minutes. I timed it. Do not buy this computer. I waited too long now I'm stuck with it.

I had an old 2009 HP laptop that was outdated and completely stopped working and would not allow me to charge it. I picked up this new HP and I have to say I’m really liking it!

So slow with all that storage. I suggest you spend a few more hundred and get a decent laptop.

At first it was great, the mouse gets stuck now. I’m glad I have protection on it

I love my new HP laptop, replacing HP I bought 4 years ago. I knew what I wanted when I went in, but salesperson and Geek Squad that transferred data were terrific.

THIS IS THE WORST LAPTOP EVER TOMORROW MAKES A YEAR IVE HAD IT AND IM HEADING TO THE STORE TO BUY A NEW COMPUTER. ITS SLOW IT FREEZES, THE WI-FI DISCONNECTS AND AFTER RUNNING THE TROUBLESHOOTING IT SAYS A DRIVE WAS REMOVED AND THIS HAPPENS ATLEAST ONCE A WEEK AND RESTARTING THE PC IS REQUIRED

Very slow computer. Would not recommend . Price is to high for how slow it is.

Not bad at all for the price paid. A little slow on startup and initializing some apps, but very good overall.

Purchased in June 09, 2021 DEAD by January 2022 - hard drive issues. online diagnostic failed.

So far, EXTREMELY HAPPY!!! Paid abiut the same for previous laptop. Didnt have all the bells and whistles as old one, but i am not missing them.

It's a functional computer for someone who doesn't need more than that. More expensive than I expected to spend.

Great laptop only had for a little over a year, but now I’m having battery issues.

This is a great laptop. It is very fast and the graphics are great. I can have many sites open at one time and it will not slow down.
