This laptop will go through a series of updates once it has been powered on for the first time out-of-box. These updates can take up to one hour to complete and attempting to use programs or running tasks while the system is updating may result in slow or poor performance as key resources are being utilized to support the updates that may not be visible to users. Once the device has completed the update / optimization process, the system’s resources should return to full utilization and you may begin to access your device as designed.

Makes wvrything a pain to do. Only had the laptop for 4 weeks. I should have returned within the first week. I would havw given this a zeronif fiven the chance.
