No one should ever buy this thing. The scroll pad broke 4 months in and became extremely difficult to click on any pages. You have no idea how angering it is to try and write a word document with a depressed mouse button that highlights everything on the page. Then last week while in the middle of a ridiculous word document experience the PC shut down and when I tried to restart it said it had removed the windows operating system and I could no longer bot the laptop. I know there are ways to fix that issue but an absolute price of junk laptop.

The only thing it does is display the windows 10 error box restart and repeat. Customer service offered little options other than driving 50 miles to nearest store to replace with completely different one as they didn’t have this in stock. I explained more than once I am unable to go inside stores due to current high rate of cases in my area which also as she said leaves me shipping it back not an option since I will need to go inside a ups store. So pretty much out the money and left with an expensive paper weight.
