    Do not buy. Extremely slowly to boot up. Very bad wifi speeds. No ethernet port. Stay away from any i3. I returned it and bought an i5. Much better.

    Below average performance for the price. Everything takes forever to load and the computer comes with a ton of preinstalled garbage that slows the computer down. Unsatisfied and will return

    Very unhappy with this laptop. It is ridiculously slow for even the most basic functions even though it has plenty of memory and storage. My 11 year old HP Pavilion laptop is faster even though it struggles with Microsoft updates, has expired applications and much more stored on its hard drive. Very disappointed with this purchase.

    It's only a month old and been used a handful of times but already the headphone output doesn't work and the mouse pad doesn't work. I have to use an external Mouse.

    I am unsatisfied because I bought a HP 17.3 core and when I used it it didn’t want to work and I was using it for my classes and it didn’t still let me use it and function right so I am unhappy with this this is not right a way to sell a product to people you guys need to do a better job please and I need a refund for my computer

      This laptop will go through a series of updates once it has been powered on for the first time out-of-box.     Very Unhappy with new Purchase and Return Policy

    I bought a new open box HP and went to return it only to find out they don't have the normal 30 day return policy. I've had nothing but problems with this and already have it at the Geek Squad to figure things out. Already had them to the house. How much more am I going to spend on a laptop I hate

    Great value for the price. My home laptop dies after 15 years. Yes i was using it that long. Setup was fast and easy. Display was bright, crisp and clear. This a HD display. It is not a Full HD/4K display. The keyboard does not feel cheap, and the key are vert responsive. If you're new to windows 11 it will take some getting used to, but hang in there! No idea of the battery life since i dont live on the laptop and seldom take it anywhere. Processor speed is more than adequate for the average user. So if i like it so much why only 4 stars? Good question and I will explain why: 8GB Memory. For the average use this will be plenty. This is NOT a gaming laptop. If you're looking to surf the web, stream movies, check email its going to fulfill all you needs. 256GB SSD. For pretty much everyone ore than enough SSD space. If you're someone that uploads a ton of pictures, movies, etc. You will most definitely need a larger SSD, But for what i need it for? It is more than enough. Windows 11 S Mode. If you're not familiar with this? The frustration will set in very quickly. S Mode is Microsofts way of preventing you from downloading anything that is not from the microsoft store. After a couple minutes of researching online it is very easy to disable S Mode. For some this may or may not be an issue. No Touch Screen. For me this is a plus, but for some it wont be. Overall for the price and what you get a great deal and highly recommended.
