    Unfortunately this laptop did not rise to my level of expectations. It would constantly crash while using various apps and games to the point where I have resorted to using my five year old laptop. This is even after updating various drivers

    One star is to high of a rating for most of my experience with this purchase from the shipping to the purchase of and out of box computer that was geek certified the gentleman that came to set it was the only good thing about this

    This computer has been absolute garbage from day one. It performs as if its 10 years old. Not sure if i got a bad one or if this is typical for HP. Will not buy again.

    I've had this lap top for a month and for weeks my mouse has been acting up. Now I can't move the mouse without it selecting something. I'm going to call tomorrow about getting it replaced. Hopefully they will replace it.

    This is my 2nd HP laptop this year that started having vertical lines on the display. I would not recommend any HP computers since this is a common isssue with them. HP support was also no help

    Had the laptop 2 weeks and it stopped working. Took it in to be fixed and it had locked itself out and had hardware issues. Exchanged it for a much better computer. Would not buy it again.

    It’s not a bad looking laptop but there’s issues with the mouse I talked to someone from bestbuy and was told that I’d have to take it to tec support and pay for it to get fixed
