So far this laptop works great. I have a bit of a problem getting used to the keyboard having used the chiclets for so many years. It is fast however.

i love my laptop for its speed and the colors are fantastic, they key how ever i cant see very well so im using a wireless black one with the computer and its fine

I brought this for a college kid n Sri Lanka. Works great and perfect for college use. She does everything related to course work, lab work and home work submission on this. The Zoom calls are also good.

This computer is a very good buy, but I had to do a couple of things to get it to run properly. First, get rid of the HP "S" mode. This mode prevents you from running anything but Microsoft approved executables and apps. You can accomplish this either in the BIOS, or by selecting the removal when you attempt to run a non-approved app. The second thing was reloading Windows from the cloud. On initial setup the video playback was slightly jagged and I had problems with the thumbnail cache that caused them to be intermittent. After I reloaded Windows everything worked and looked great.

very good laptop very fast and extremely recommend

Great laptop. Fast. Windows 11 pretty good. love the 17.3" screen. Laptop audio speakers are crappy, but if you have external plug in speaker, they will make up for it. Love the big Key board but keys are not lit up on this unit and a little difficult to see in some lighting conditions. But over all, it was worth the buy. Set up was easy and quick. The battery life is not bad especially if you use the battery saver option.

I purchased it for a good sale price and I am very satisfied with it. Nice big screen to watch my movies on. Great Christmas gift for myself.

It’s a great laptop. It runs sims 4 very smoothly and I love the screen it displays my video games nicely overall it’s worth the price.

previous reviews are correct that you can not read the keyboard due to a design flaw where you can not see it. The rest of the laptop is as described at exactly what I need. Good price and speed. The only issue I have is Best Buy put a Webroot security package in the laptop purchase process, But the Windows 11 S mode will not let me upload it. I keep getting e-mails frpm Best Buy saying that I will not be protected without the Webroot process. Had to go into a store to get why this is happening.

Large clear screen great to watch movies on and don’t really need a second screen but need to get used to the larger keyboard

My granddaughter uses the majority of the time and loves it I’m still learning but love it as well

Good, on sale price. Got this new laptop since 5 year old desktop was getting cranky. SSD makes for fast start up and fast use.

I love the big screen!!! I have never had a laptop so it’s really nice being able to move it around. Was very easy to set up.

Love this, I’ll recommend for others. When I ordered for it, I thought it might not work as fast as I think but it’s wrong. Totally working

I purchased this HP laptop as a new one with no extended warranty! I hardly was using it! Exactly one year and six months later, one of the monitor hinges broke down. I took it to a Best Buy. $85 was the price to ship it to the HP repair facility. To fix it was another 250-300 dollars!!! The manufacturer's warranty was only 12 months. I called HP customer support, which a Best Buy technician recommended, stating they might honor the request to fix it under the warranty. I did. The conversation was short: Your manufacturer warranty has expired! I have had multiple HP and Acer laptops throughout the years. ACER has a metal case with metal hinges! Stay away from HP laptops!!!
