Just a quick note - when I first looked at this notebook there were only three reviews and all of them were negative based on S Mode. I needed Chrome for my setup and of course S Mode was not going to let me install it. The message prompts you to check the store for alternatives and if you go to the Microsoft store as it suggests nearly a third of the page is taken up with the option to convert out of s mode. You will need to update the MS store first and close all your other windows in order to select the 'switch out of S Mode' option. I bought both a Gateway and an HP. The HP definitely feels a little bit more balanced, for those who still use notebooks as a laptop. Solid entry level notebook with good resources and performance.

Good,fast and large screen(still have room to improve the screen color though but check the price) Now we talk about get out S MODE. Hp made the S MODE SO special. But i guess is windows 11 requirment. Took me 3 hour to figue out its the BOIS!!! First: fully turn off ur computer, when u press the power button and repeatly press F10. Second: go to BOOT OPTIONS find SECURE BOOT and change to Disabled. Third: press F10 choose YES. Now you can restart and fly!!!!!

I really loved how it came neatly packaged. The laptop was securely fasten with a styrofoam all around. Starting it up was east and quick with the window already installed. I really love how quick the computer is. Highly recommend

Powerful little laptop perfect for class assignments and light gaming. Battery last quite long and charges quickly. Only issue I’ve had with it is that where the screen hinges mount inside seem to be slightly weak so when you try to open after a failure the leverage seems to pop open the casing on the back and side. This doesn’t seem to affect operation or display currently.

Works fine. I have the same problem as seen in another review with the hinges disconnecting. Doesn’t affect functionality but still is bothersome because the screen falls back and won’t stay in place…this is an obvious fault with this laptop. The battery life is staring to go bad too
