Love this laptop. It’s fast. Fast start up and fits my needs perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for anything better

I am very happy with this new HP 17.3 laptop it was very easy to set up with the instructions that came upon the screen that guided you to complete the installation of the different programs that are offered. The ability to insert my cd’s and have them play was one of the biggest reasons I purchased this laptop. I am happy that I did.

My family and I were looking for a laptop. We primarily use our phones for most things but a laptop has some additional conveniences. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money on laptop that gets minimal use. This laptop was more than we expected when we came into the store. The sales staff were friendly and great with answering our questions.

I love the size of this HP laptop. I love the ease of use of Microsoft on it. My only negative and the reason I gave only three stars is battery life. The battery only lasts about three hours when fully charged and the thick box (I don't know what it's called) on the charging cord gets scary hot. I'm afraid to leave it charging if I'm not close by.

the computer meets my needs but the service at this time has fallen short. In the past I have had above average to excellent support with all my purchases. However due to the pandemic I may have purchased something I did not need or am unable to utilize what I have effectively. The Geek Squad people at my store were great in answering questions, troubleshooting and even teaching me on occasion. They even followed up with me on any of my issues, I can not say this about "over the phone or online support" just frustrated with the voice at the other end and the lack of empathy, I just don't feel comfortable calling them back over again with issues. I will wait for the store to reopen to find out solution's or just return this item

Great price, fast laptop, gets the job done. love it!

My aunt was needing a new computer, because her old one was outdated. I searched for something that had enough power to meet her needs, but at a reasonable price. This particular computer met those needs. I would recommend this to someone that does not need the most powerful computer, but wants something for basic use.

The hp laptop has a large screen and is great for the price.

For the price it’s a fast 17” laptop........I’d buy it again

I am very pleased with this computer as it is easy to use and has so many functions along with the additional security. It has a large screen, easier to read as well as the simplicity in adjusting the text, size, color, etc. to your liking. The instructions in seeking and performing any function is at your fingertips and easy to do.

1st Laptop ever, since I bought my first PC in 1992m The Laptop upgrades me from the PC I bought in 2010 . Easy peasy as they say to operate. Plus it has a DVD drive included Good Dollar value with 12 month financing...
