I've been very impressed with this laptop. I got it to use to work from home during this corona virus and have been very pleased with it's performance. Screen quality is also very good

The first laptop I got several years ago was really a pain to use. I used a desktop then for another long time. Decided I wanted to try laptop again and love it. It's been a great product for the price and ease of use.

This laptop is great - the screen is easy, I've had several Zoom meetings for work and the audio and video worked like a charm. Setup was very easy - I had to call the HP helpline once and it took five minutes to get everything going.

This computer is a good step up from my old gateways i3 laptop. It’s no frills (not touch screen) but seems like a good workhorse. Easy to set up and does everything fast. Nice screen size.

Was very pleased with this purchase, never had any issues with its performance at all. Had to replace due to an accident but it never gave me any trouble and handled everything that I needed to do.

Nothing extravagent for someone who needs no extravagent features. Larger screen was most important factor in deciding to purchase. Self discovered need to download Chrome browser via third-party was annoying. Otherwise, satisfied with purchase.

Laptop has been easy to use; working remotely now. Please with camera and quality of sound for videoconferencing. Overall quality for price is very good. I'm happy with the larger screen size as compared to an old laptop that I had.

I love the full black color, but not the texture. It feels cheap and shows finger marks instantly. Do not care for the keys design. Maybe I am just used to my old 17 inch HP. The fan is never ending loud. It comes in S mode so I was forced to create a Microsoft account which now they spam my email almost everyday. The email does not have a link to opt out so I have to do some research on how to stop that. It was so slow in S mode. I still have issues looking at properties for sale on housing sites. Half the photos do not load. I updated Flash Player and Windows since I eliminated S mode and I still have the same issue. Definitely would not recommend spending full price. I am disappointed with even the sales price for what I got. I will be exchanging. It had decent reviews. Few like me are disappointed, and I am really rather easy going and positive. One positive thing. Even though I do not like the keys, My last 2 HP 17 inch laptops I owned had keys that didn't work very well and you would have to press them extra careful and make sure that it typed the letter where this one does not have any key issues during typing.

I saw this laptop at my local Best Buy. I like laptops with large screens, so I was interested in this laptop. I like that this laptop has an i5 processor. I mainly use this laptop for internet browsing and the occasional Excel worksheets.

Just recently bought, only a months use and it is already doing wonders over my last HP. Speed is extremely quick, setup was detailed but easy. It allows me to complete all of my graphics work and excel work seamlessly. I'd recommend!

I bought this as a gift for my mother since she needed a laptop for school. And let me tell you it was the best decision I’ve made on picking this laptop . My mother loves it and it’s very easy for her to use it . Definitely worth it !

Purchased this HP laptop for my husband and he is loving the screen size. It works great and is suits his needs perfectly. He mainly looks at emails, looks at news articles, the weather, etc. and plays games on Facebook.

I purchased this laptop a month ago and we absolutely love the 17.3 inch screen. And for the price, we feel that this was a great purchase.

Helps to keep all my projects straight, County Historical Society and genealogy up to date. I am able to keep dates, times, and meetings straight. Only drawback is the weight with the battery.

I upgraded from an i3 to this i5 and am very pleased. My job requires spending most of my time doing computer work - the larger screen is vision-friendly and extremely clear.

I purchased this on Wednesday, May 6 and wow Best Buy delivered in on Thursday May 7, 2020. For what I need it is great and fast. I was extremely disappointed with HP when I found out is only connects to the slower 2.4g wifi. I finally got to speak to a real human in support. After checking he said the wifi card is a single and will not pick up 5g. He suggested I contact HP customer service to purchase one. Nope, this day and age it should come with dual wifi adapter card. I will buy one somewhere else.

Needed a quick replacement for a basic laptop. Matched my dead laptop specs. Only draw back. Does not have a back lit keyboard. Oops!

This is the best laptop I've ever owned. It charges fast and I can use it all day before I have to plug it in. It has a nice big screen and keyboard yet is very lightweight. I can move it around one handed with no problems.

Great product and high quality for a decent price, has quite a few features that others of this type are lacking these days. Well-worth looking into if you are considering a laptop purchase.
