I am able to access what I need to in order to easily use the services and features. Like the fact it does not jump to some other location in the middle of what I am typing. May choose to use a more comfortable keyboard.

Great laptop for the price. Best Buy manager worked with me for a good sale price. Many functions; the new Windows 365 takes a bit of getting used to. Other than learning issues, I am very happy with this laptop.

I love this laptop. Great price for a 17" laptop. Does an excellent job for web browsing and normal work related tasks (excel, word etc.) It's nothing fancy, but you can't beat it for the price.

This computer provides every thing I require in one convenient, portable package. The ample memory, optical drive, and large screen suit my needs perfectly.

I bought this for work mostly and it's perfect. The screen is much bigger than my last one, the battery lasts most of the day without charge, and it's not too heavy.

This laptop comes with a CD/DVD drive which is great for us Boomers who don’t want to pay for music or movies. I haven’t figured out how to operate or navigate yet! My Geek Squad failed me 3 times, no patience for the older generations. The price was excellent, now to figure out how to use it without screwing everything up would be great! You

We were told earlier this year by a Geek Squad visit, that we would need to get a new replacement computer by end of year because our old one had Windows 7. Thank goodness we stumbled on that fact. We went to Best Buy once at beginning of autumn to look over all the laptops and prices and talk to sales person about differences. Then about a month ago we 'pulled the trigger' and made the purchase. We included in our purchase Geek Squad assistance for a year and the fellow we came here to transfer everything from old to new was absolutely fantastic, not to mention so very helpful.

The system comes with Windows 10 and is very easy to setup. I like the bigger size of the laptop and the number option of both on top and to the side. Plenty of memory and sufficient connection ports.

Fair price, love the large screen. Was easy to set up, even in the "S" mode. No touch screen so no screen full of fingerprints. Have always had the best luck with HP products for longevity and dependability.

Love this one . . Easy to use and pretty much having everything in the laptop you could ask for. Especially buying it with a good deal at Best buy during Thanksgiving sales. Love it !

In suggested to my father in law that he buy this computer as an upgrade from his desk top. He simply lives it!!!! Simple and easy, big screen and the keys are almost the same width as a regular size key board

Easy to use. Easy to set up to my needs. Even though it is large screen it is no too heavy for me to handle. Wish it were a little easier to open by those of us that have dexterity problems due to age or disability

The first one we got crashed in less than a week, but Best Buy replaced it on request. The second one is an excellent computer, faster than any we have ever owned.

This is a very fast laptop! We were surprised with the quality of it especially for the price. The SSD loads up fast and so far we have no issues with it. We are very happy with our purchase.

Excellent product for the technologically challenged! Never gave me a problem! And the staff set it up for me and finished the job in just one day! I was using it later on the same day of the purchase!

My Old HP17 aluminum housing computer died, So had to look for something comparable, Specs are solid for the price, It is really light compared to the old one, but it does feel really cheap.

I use the laptop primarily for work. The speed is excellent and the monitor size is great! Feels sturdy but light. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

The laptop was easy to use right out of the box. I work for a hospital business office and needed to work from home. This lap top worked great. I work remotely and there have been no problems.

This Lab Top works well for home use. Only negative point is that the key board does not light up for night use of the Lab Top. Also wish they had offer Word and PDF products with this lab Top.
