With my grandfather's eye's getting worse, we opted for a larger screen for his video chats and viewing pleasure. He also like the caps lock button that lights up to let him know he's typing in caps.

The large 17.3" screen, solid state drive and DVD player /recorder had me sold. I bought one of these units for my daughter and after seeing it I bought one for myself. I am more than happy overall.

My wife's laptop went out and saw that this was on sale day before Thanksgiving. Great price, great value. Just have to decide about taking off Windows S. Can't load some apps the normal way.

Good size screen, some issues with plastic housing, but with two young kids crap tends to get dropped. Memory has sufficient space. Processor works well enough

Everything about my purchase has been a great experience. The camera on the laptop however could have been better but it was an easy fix as I went out and bought an external camera for just a few dollars and now I have a very clear picture. Very happy with this purchase, the people at Best Buy help me choose the perfect fit… And I have no regrets!

The SSD is great - programs load much faster and files save very quickly - even 30 Mb files are very quick to save and load. The screen size is great for a laptop and it doesn't weigh much.

Bought this to ocasionally travel and use around the house. The large screen id good on my eyes and the full keyboard lets me type with ease. Its good for games and productivity tasks.

Its very easy and nice its just what I needed the screen is a perfect size for me, and the keys are a good size so you can type with other any problems. And the screen is nice and bright.

My wife needed a new computer and she really likes this computer. It was easy to setup and is fairly quick compared to her old computer. Bought it on sale and it is well worth the price.

Bought this for my Mom who has zero knowledge of Windows 10. It has been extremely user friendly and the larger screen size is a good feature without having lost any other features.

HP is the best. This computer is used by my husband who pretty much just surfs the internet. It's a fast little machine which is good because, he has little patience. Will always buy HP.

It does the job, It's pretty fast, only negative thing is the camera could be better, I ordered a webcam to fix that, other than that it was a good purchase, love the bigger screen.

Bought this laptop to use for remote working, interface is great, doped is great... The only drawback is the keyboard isn't backlit. I will be purchasing another for my daughter!

I don't need to move my laptop much, so it's width isn't a problem. In fact, I needed more screen and I got plenty. The i5 is much quicker than my old i3 and I am very happy.

Had a Lenova before. It took a huge amount of time to login. Many times I would have to wait for an hour or more for updates with the Lenova. The HP is great and very fast. I love the HP.

Snappy ssd and good for browsing the web and some light photo editing. Not the prettiest laptop but gets the job done. Crisp bright screen and nice keyboard layout for daily use.

My husband and I purchased this laptop when our other computer stopped working, it was a little over 3yrs old. We chose this one because of the size of the screen, memory and drive system.

I bought this for my mother. The large screen is easy on her eyes and the memory and hard drive capacity is more than enough for her purposes. I do wish the keys were backlit though.

The laptop runs smoothly very fast and great for work. The DVD unit is so much useful. The big screen is perfect to surf on the web.

It’s quick, it’s easy to setup and it takes care of all your basic needs. My wife uses this laptop for school and she has no problem with the laptop and she’s not tech savvy.
