I liked mine so much I had to get my husband his own. He says he likes the bigger screen and the numeric keypad best. He doesn't like the fact that it weighs so much though.

Computer is easy to use my last one lasted 8 yrs I have always had Hp in my personal and business and been vert happy with the product and the support that comes a long with it.

I love my laptop it’s perfect and fast for now I just hope it doesn’t update so much it takes up all my memory like my dell one did

Only had this laptop for a couple of weeks now, but I really like it over my old one. It's a lot faster and very user friendly. Connecting with all my other devices has been really easy. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Large viewing screen, fast starting up, easy to use. Does everything a more expensive laptop does though the Windows S mode does limit the apps you can get. Overall, a great find.

I love me new computer . It was so easy to get set up and get started. And since I am not complete computer savvy, the geek squad is always there to answer my questions.

With the SSD drive it boots up very fast. The large screen makes it easy to see and have several documents open at the same time.

Christmas gift for my son. Did research on different models. This laptop was affordable and contained the necessary hardware for playing video games. Great buy for the price

My new WFH laptop. Love the 17" screen and full keyboard. Very helpful for long daze. Battery life doesn't seem great, but that's not really it's primary value for me.

I won't buy this computer again. I bought this computer to use for some work and to watch TV. I didn't have this computer a week when I got a message when I tried to watch TV "please update to the latest version of Chrome, Edge or Firefox. You may also need to install your device's latest operating system." Really, a week? Didn't even own it a week and it's telling me that I need to install the latest version of my device's operating system. The information that came with the computer didn't come with a guide on how to or where to get the latest device operating system. I guess I got what I paid for.

We love the 17 inch screen. It is good for old eyes. Very long battery life. It was unplugged for an entire day and did not need charged. It boots quickly. Way to go HP.

Great screen size, huge memory and the solid state drive is the latest.

I really liked how easy it was to setup for wireless and also to attach to my wireless printer. Had to download some software that I had bought and had know problems.

This is a new computer for my husband that is not computer literate. The computer has been a breeze for him! Purchased at a great price! Thank you Best Buy!

This computer is faster than the previous one. I need it for office work and connect with school websites. It has proven to be a good fit for me. Easy to set it up.

I am having a little difficulty getting used to the "touchy" keypad and "mouse". I appreciate the large screen. I think I am really going to like this laptop computer.

Very easy to use. Nice large screen. The only thing I'm discouraged about it the web cam. It's not very good quality, blurry.

Overall a great product. My 12 year old daughter learned very quickly how to use this laptop... going to very useful for school she says... makes me a very happy father.

Good computer except one issue: Screen Flickers. Called service and they blamed it on software. Did not even try to help. Won't buy from your company again.

This laptop is fast with solid state drive and I5 chip. Enough power for home use and 17.3 screen is a plus. Has optical drive so can watch movies if on a plane traveling.
