I love this computer. I had trouble finding a 17" laptop that I could afford. This one fits the bill perfectly.

I love this machine so much! It has a big screen and since I only use it at home the size doesn't bother me.

Laptop is great, but I do wish the person who sold it to me would have explained what the S mode was, but the Geek Squad helped me and the laptop is great!

Lite for a 17". Battery life good for a couple of days on and off working with excel (purchased separately) or on line. Fast startup with windows 10.

So far I'm enjoying this laptop. It's taking a bit of getting to the newer programs. Much faster boot up than my previous one. And much faster so far.

Lightweight, large screen, which I wanted. Easy to use. Still has a place for CD's which is also what I wanted. Many do not have that option any more.

I wanted the larger laptop screen for easier viewing. The computer showed up the day it was scheduled to arrive, and has worked beautifully.

This is a great laptop. It boots up fast and is pretty fast overall. I wanted one with a DVD drive and this one has it. Pleased with this Computer.

Easier to read 17" screen is great for older folks. I replaced the identical computer, but this later version is much faster due to solid state drive.

This laptop has great picture quality and the 17 inch screen is great for watching movies. Also I like the built in DVD player. Very good for the price.

Many laptops have features that I really don't need, but this was exactly what I needed without the costly extras. Powerful laptop at a great price.

Love it. It is so easy to use and the speed is fast. When things get boring, or tedious; play solitaire! It’s a great laptop. So happy to review it.

I do digital crafting and this computer works great for me. I usually have at least 10 tabs open and never have a problem with speed.

I REALLY LIKE THE COMPUTER, IT WAS A FAIRLY GOOD DEAL, SERVICE WAS GREAT. THE COMPUTER IS SO MUCH FASTER THAN MY OLD ONE AND IT IS GOOD QUALITY.

In reality, had tech support been available it would probably be a good product but for a non-tech person without geek help not so much I didn’t know how to do initial setup & with store close had no help, thought I had loaded virus protection but kept getting emails, online support was atrocious, that’s besides all the disconnects, Didn’t realized it had a numeric keypad, unable to load multiple email account was a big deal

This laptop exceeds the performance I thought I would be getting for the price, I love the large screen and how fast surfing the web is.

Very good quality of the large screen and fast with the solid state hard drive, works great for online gaming

Had to get Windows 10 since Windows 7 will no longer be supported. LOVE the HP Laptop, wish I could have put Win. 10 on my old HP. I will admit that I am NOT tech savvy, but anyone should be able set up a new computer by simply following a few instructions. If I had not had Geek Squad, I would have had to go to the store and leave it with them to get started. Agent Carla was able to talk me through the instructions so we could get the internet open and let her take the screen to finish setting up things I needed. Thanks to Geek Squad for Great Agents.
