Im pretty sure I got a "bad one". Already sent it to HP they gave me back saying that wasn't nothing wrong with it... but Im sure it has... the noises are not normal... its not only the vent (fan), there's something else... Besides that, its a good computer for normal use... fast, good size... But, Im just always expecting the day it wont turn back on ... :(
