Was I wrong! This is a great laptop! For someone with average computer experience, this was easy to set up, and took less time that previous computer setups. It is comfortable to use. The SSD - recommended by the rep at Best Buy - works fast and smooth. I am an HP fan and recommended this brand to my husband when he needed to replace his computer.

With COVID and working from home I needed something faster than the standard office assigned laptop. I got this 17" HP and I am really enjoying it. I havent opened my work one since and may continue to use this one going forward. I paid extra for the larger screen and I love it. I use photoshop and Microsoft software and have not had any delays. Should have bought it years ago!
