Great laptop with SSD!

I'm very happy about my purchase. Also, the help that I received from everyone that I worked with in the store was excellent--all were patient with me, an older person with not nearly the "tech-smarts" of those much younger than me!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a good laptop, decent speed, has ample RAM, has an optical drive, which is good if you have your own DVDs or CDs you'd like to play. Not a fan of the 256GB solid state drive. The capacity should've been at least 500GB. I bought similar laptops in previous years with roughly the same specs/features and quality, for at least $100 - $150 cheaper. However, it's been very good so far, so no real issues of any sort. If anything of note changes, my rating will change.

Performs well with one exception - cannot print!

The previous laptop (HP) worked great with my HP Envy4520. I was assured, because I asked about printing, that I would be able to print. Your folks treated me great. Other pertinent info was accurately transferred from my old laptop, and I am satisfied other than the printing issue. I am 73 and not tech savvy. I plan to bring my laptop in to you for assistance.
