a nice surprise

I was pleased with how fast the solid state drive is. The sound is fairly loud for a laptop speaker, so it saves pulling out more speakers and wires. I wish the salesperson has explained that this was setup in Windows 's mode'. Its easy to get rid of but it would help if this came with some literature that explained the options.

Average laptop

The screen always had considerable gap with the keyboard, when the the laptop was closed. Customer service was quite unresponsive. However when I escalated the issue, HP resolved the problem quite fast.

Glossy screen and more

You have to have it at just the right angle to see the screen good. #2 It does not have a back lit keyboard. #3 It needs a bigger SSD

great picture, better sound

Service was great, TV and Sound Bar are working well. Back to three remotes to make the system work. That is not necessarily a good thing for us, but that is the new world of technology we guess. It was a good purchase, good value for the money spent.
