Maybe a little overpriced at $600. My previous laptop (from Best Buy) was a Toshiba, and seemed much better made, in general, and cost a little less. But that was eight years ago. Nothing to do with the product, but i miss Windows Media Center. Always a good experience, with great help, from this Geek Squad.

Could be better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not a bad laptop computer, but with Windows 10 constantly sending updates it slows the computer down to a crawl. I have since purchased more memory and an an SSD. Hopefully that will speed things up a bit. Unfortunately, 17” laptops are few and far between giving you very little choice.

Laptop upgrade for father-in-law

Purchased for my father-in-law to replace his 10-year old PC. Was a little worried about upgrading his computer with a laptop, but he was able to make the transition easily. Plus, he really enjoys the mobility option so he doesn’t have to only use it in his home office. Definitely recommend this model.
