The computer itself is very good. Windows10 sucks..

The setup with Cortana was horrible. Incomplete prompts, pull down screens that didn’t work (setting location on the registration section for example). No way to turn off the setup or even turn off the PC. Took two hours to work through what should have been five minutes max. The mouse rate was set way to high and wouldn’t respond 75% of the times (there was no way to get to the control panel while in “set up” mode and the screen would lock up with no solution other than wait for it to reset. This is my 11th laptop and took more time to start than all the previous ones combined! This was a Christmas present so the first time used was 12/26/19 even though the purchase date was November.

Good ram memory, fast. Works well for what I needed.

Quick response time, clear picture on large screen

This is my second time purchasing a HP computer. This time the sole use is for school. I'm definitely learning each time I open the lap top up and allow myself to practice per say. I also feel confident that the HP teck team could answer any question within the chatroom or a by using the 800 number.

Was greeted in the computer sales rep upon entering the department. Was looking for a new HP laptop and was interested in two specific models. Employee explained the differences between the two. He asked several questions about what I was going to use the laptop for. I finally decided on a 17" HP.

I'm truly satisfied with this product and the customer service was excellent. The agent was very patient, knowledgeable, kind. He took his time to explain the PC, each component of the PC. He took his time to answer every question that I asked. I will definitely refer Best Buy to all my family and friends.

Laptop replacement for my very old one. Works well. I need more help setting up apps and desktop but will wait until this quarantine is over. Best Buy staff very helpful under the circumstances and I look forward to working with the Geek Squad for further instructions. Thank you Best Buy!

Had a tiny speck in the screen but it’s not that noticeable. I honestly forgot it was there after using it but I love the quality of this laptop. I have no complaints. Has enough storage space and doesn’t hurt your eyes to look at the screen. Perfect for school, work, or playing games

I got this computer as I was needing something other than a tablet for streaming and zoom sessions. If you have to spend more time in front of your computer, this is a perfect laptop. The larger keyboard makes typing much easier as well. I use my computer mostly for business purposes.

I love this laptop! It is a little large however, the picture quality is superb which is what I was looking for! Thank you to the Best Buy Representative who went out of his way to show me all the options that fit my criteria! I feel I made the best choice because of his help! Thank you!

was very pleased with this laptop it is quick and easy to use many features with this laptop was kind of hesitant with size of hard drive but after seeing how fast it processes actions it is worth it. this was bought for someone else but i was the one to set it up so i got to test it out

First laptop purchase and I could not be more thrilled for my back to college experience. It’s still a learning process getting used to the format because I used my iPad for the longest time as a laptop. Great size and keyboard for typing on the go. Fast startup. Very sleek.

Nice and easy to set up, light weight and feels sturdy. Has enough ports for connecting peripherals. Only thing with most pc’s is them trying to force you to download Microsoft products and virus protection trial programs that you have to remember to cancel or they will charge you.

I don't do a lot of computer work-check email, FB, and check my work email. So this particular laptop works great for me. My only problem is at time it does seem to run a tad bit slow. I do realize my husband didn't purchase a laptop for speed so I can't complain. Still very happy.

The geek squad (Seamus) was extremely helpful and honest about my options. He assisted from start to finish and made sure I was satisfied. My sales assocate (unfortunately I did not get his name) listened to what I needed and helped me find what fit my needs and budget.

Very disappointed with the windows 10s I haven't been able to get around it so I can load my turbo tax software mainly bought the laptop to do taxes and online banking

I bought this HP - 17.3" Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - Jet Black, Maglia Pattern for my husband for an early Christmas present and he absolutely loves it. I only wish I had bought one for myself as well. It is super sleek and super fast as well.
