Using this PC for business and it has more than enough horsepower to run QuickBooks and other software with multiple tabs open simultaneously. Browsers are quick and responsive. The Core i5 is bulletproof. Great value.

This was my first laptop which was purchased to replace my Gateway desktop computer. I do very basic computer functions, e-mail, web browsing etc. so it serves those purposes well. My only regret is that it's not a touchscreen which I really miss. I think it was a bit overpriced though.

Great computer for High School student. The only gripe I had with this Computer is the wireless card only supports 2.4Ghz. Unfortunately my sons school only has 5Ghz access points so we had to purchase a separate 5Ghz dongle for him to connect.

bought this for my daughter for school. Does everything she needs (7th grade). No issues at all. Great for the value. Battery can last for days, quick charging. easy to set up, love the fact I can change it into a tablet. touch screen.

I am so used to how HP laptops and computers are to use that when I went with another brand cause it was cheaper I was unhappy with the many difficulties I had just getting it to do what I was trying to do. I am sticking with what I know from now on.

I particularly like that it comes with features that some new machines lack. For example-- a CD/DVD drive, an ethernet port, and a hard drive activity indicator LED.

HAVE NOT USED IT MUCH YET. I AM GETTING USED TO IT, LITTLE BY LITTLE. SOME OF THE ITEMS I NEED DID NOT GET TRANSFERRED. SO WILL HAVE TO TRY TO SEE HOW TO DO IT.

I purchased an HP Laptop computer and I'm thrilled with all its functions. It's exactly what I wanted and meets all of my needs. The Geek Squad moved all my info from my old computer to the new one. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I'm a happy camper.

This is an awesome Laptop. I use it everyday and when something went wrong on it the warranty covered it full. No questions asked. They took it back and repaired it. I would recommend not only the HP Laptop but also Best Buy.

Excellent direction for quick and easy set up. Light weight and powerful. Windows 10 set up and touch screen capabilities easily accommodates beginners as well as professions for business, accounting and gaming needs. Great camera as an additional feature.

Got this for a great price also at Best Buy. HP has ranked near the top of the list of manufacturers for many years. I wanted a new laptop with SSD and decent storage and upgraded both myself. I use it at home so 17 inch screen is a plus.

Still have not been able install the need programs I need yet. First you have to shut off the program that only allows Microsoft approved software to be installed. I have been able to do 1 complete software install. The 2 other I been trying to install makes it to about 75% then faults out, and these are Microsoft program software. Called service center and waited over 2 hours and still no service. I tried this twice with the same results. I gave up, I was getting so stressed out and did not want to activate my defibrillator. I have learned my lesson about HP

Took me a while to get it out of safe mode but now it seems to work fine. I needed it out of the S mode in order to download software for my telescope. The software runs fast and clean on this laptop.

When I have used it I haven't had any problems with it. I'm still using my old HP I guess out of habit, or comfort. I can say that I've owned several HP's both notebooks & desk tops & will continue to buy them if they perform as my old ones I've replaced.

Little bigger than last 17" monitor so doesn't fit into the insulated bag for transport. Speed and capacity however are great.

I like the bigger typing space as the smaller toshiba i had was not conducive to a touch typer with big fingers. Sales clerk was really knowledgeable and helpful. The sales staff at BB is why I buy there instead of over the internet.

Bought a H.P. laptop for my wife, looked all over, purchased one from another source, saw this one at Best Buy and returned the other one and bought this one, super easy on-line purchase, great buy, great computer, thank you Best Buy

Got this opn early black friday sales. For less than $400 its a great laptop. Really fast. Large keyboard is easy to use especially with the raised keys. Great to watch movies on too.

It’s a fast laptop, it’s definitely good for the price. My two complaints are, I wish the keyboard was lit up and I wish the resolution was better. But for the price I paid, it’s a good deal.

Love it! So easy to set up and organize everything, I wanted to upgrade my old laptop and this one is perfect for me. Easy to understand and personalize for my needs. Delivery prompt and sooner than expected. Very satisfied with my purchase.
