It was just OK! It ran a little slow when I had multiple pages open, I work from home but have to jump from multiple applications frequently. Just going from Excel to Chrome seemed to a little complex for this computer. I ultimately returned the laptop for a better product, I am not a gamer or anything special I couldn't deal with the speed so if you use your computer for more complex applications I wouldn't recommend.

Easy to set up, no complaints there. I did “downgrade” to Windows 10 Home as Windows 10 in S mode was a bit too restrictive for me. So far the laptop is working just fine.

Only downside is the Windows 10 Security version that will not allow installs from nowhere other than Windows store. Will need to change over to regular Windows to allow install of a program that is used on other computers.

Great computer. Runs cool and quiet. Good, balanced weight, but don't expect a featherweight. Only complaint for me is that the native text is rather small, in the tool bars and menu bars, not a show stopper.

Amazing laptop. I am still happy with the performance and reliability. Never crashes and always working. Best of all the battery still hold its charge unless other laptop after 1 year.

The product is great and efficient to run and work. The set up is very step by step instruction on line but some restrictions prevent so called choice to be adopted. That's the drawback. Apart from that, it's great product

This is your basic no frills computer. Why I say this, is because it doesn't have a back lit keyboard and after using you for awhile now I realize how much I miss that feature.

The HP laptop was purchased for a friend and she is very happy with it. She takes care of her monthly finances with it and told me it is one of the best laptops she has ever owned!

My purchase had some minor problems with hardware which are covered under warranty. Other than that, the resolution is clear, the computer is easy to handle, and it has plenty of memory for average home and business use.

Not being the first upgrade/transfer of data, I was well prepared to help the Geek Squad in the transfer of my old HP which I also bought at Best Buy. I had to preorder on-line. Model not available in store.

I bought this HP for school work as my Macbook Pro doesn’t play well with MS software even with my VMWare installed. This machine has proven worthy and capable of the workload I place on it. Would highly recommend.

There price changes from one day to another I paid $579.00 30 days ago now its 399.00 , nothing against the product but there pricing policy sucks !!!! So I lose a $180.00 bucks. to bad there's really no other local electronics store to turn to. I will really think before my next purchase. They didn't care I just spent under $5000.00 last month, no exceptions.

I bought this for my daughter. She says it's lightning fast and a clear image broadcast with the built-in-camera. She is so excited to have a CPU that can perform with today's applications. +++AAA+++

We needed to replace an aging desktop machine during the bookkeeping software in our office. This modest laptop totally fits the bill, the SSD makes file access quick, and the full keyboard makes numeric input easy.

I'm an online teacher and I've enjoyed everything about my new hp laptop so far. No drawbacks whatsoever. I've had it about a month and use it extensively for a minimum of 6 full hours each day Monday - Friday.

I really like the computer but the battery dies so fast! I can't work more than 2.5 hours without having to plug it in. Makes working from home very hard.

Great laptop for the price. Alot of laptops comes without a physical drive, this has one. A CD-Rom drive was a must, for my daughter. It's an upgrade from what she had. Gorgeous screen. She loves it.

I've always loved HP & this one doesn't disappoint!! I love that it has Cortana as one of the features. Processor is great; all around wonderful computer!

honesty i got this laptop cause my work, office job, was sending everyone home due to the whole covid-19, i was on a budget. so far this laptop is doing the work i need, i also use cricut design
