I get all my electronics at Best Buy, they have the best deals out there. Love my new laptop!!! It was easy to set up and works great! This is still the best store out there!! Would recomend!!!

The first computer only lasted 10 days and then crashed. Bad hard drive. Best Buy did fine replacing it and providing a new one. So far this one is working fine. Everyone w as very helpful and polite.

It works good as all should, the screen resolution isn't anything spectacular. The size of the screen is nice and it's not super heavy.

I don't like windows 10. Too much new things to get used to for a senior citizen.

I went in looking for a laptop for work and everyone was very helpful in finding what I needed. I have been using the laptop for a while and I love it. I will come again for all my future purchases.

What an amazing computer! I haven’t had any issues with this computer at all. I’ve had terrible luck with laptops, but not anymore! So thankful for the worker that helped me pick it out.

Bought it for my youngest daughter she loves it. Uses it mostly for school & glad she has it because she needed it to finish School this year & maybe to start this year in 9th grade.

Needed a new laptop to work from home during the pandemic and it’s been a great buy so far. The size is great and set up easy. Has been a great replacement from my old small laptop

This laptop was bought to replace another that I liked a lot. This one was more expensive than it should have been, was supposed to be faster (with a smaller storage capacity in exchange). I do not find it faster. In fact, I find it slower than my old one. I wish I had had more credit limit on my Best Buy card to get a better laptop. I'm pretty annoyed, actually

Nice wide screen and keyboard, so quick and easy to setup but it comes with a version of Windows that will not you run apps I need for my Garmin GPS, among other apps, and to stream video...

Thank you Best Buy for making it possible for me to get a new laptop. I work for a non profit and use my computer as a volunteer to keep their books. Without my laptop, I could not do this.

My laptop crashed and I needed a replacement and this worked out for me, especially because it has a drive on it, which most laptops don't have. I really like the quality of this laptop.

I think that I am going to like my new computer. I had to use the online Geek Squad to get my email accessible.

I got a new laptop, Window installed, all information transferred from my old to my new laptop, your warranty, and Geek Squad for the year. All were priced very low and I am happy with the results.

This HP laptop is exactly what I needed. the clarity of the images is excellent. Response is immediate. still learning how to navigate windows 10 , but love the features on this laptop.

Good computer Got it on sale but still costly. Has a lot of extra bells and whistles but doesn’t always work correctly. My daughter bought it for college and wished she gotten a different one.

I am use to a desktop computer and larger screen. So, it took getting use to smaller screen and keyboard which seems to get away with me. I am sure eventually I will get use to it.

Overall good computer. I would like if the screen were more clear and crisp when browsing online. Sometimes I feel it's a little slow considering the bare minimum I use it for.

Was Looking for a simple to use not a gamer type laptop. This HP filled my needs perfectly. Along with the Samsung monitor, I can continue to do small work projects and surf the web.

This was a great purchase for my father in law, its sleek, great color awesome screen size for him. He loves it and also thank you for having a rep there to help me. He was a great help.
