This is a buy I do not regret. Set up was easy. It is my first Windows 10 and I couldn’t be any happier. It’s mainly my work laptop and so light and easy to transport.

I had my other computer for many years. It had become so slow, but now things are a breeze. I have nothing to complain about.

I bought this as a gift and the receiptient loves it. Its rock solid for doing typical documents, and web browsing. The camera/microphone is also great for zoom.

This is a good solid laptop for use at home. Has the power to run all the software one would need to browse the internet, use Microsoft Office, etc. Not a gaming Laptop.....

I was looking for a computer with fast internet. I do not need storage space. I am only using the computer for internet and email. It works perfectly for what I need.

Very happy to have Best Buy and Geek Squad in my world. But I have not had much time since purchasing to use my new computer. I think it is going to be just fine!

We have had HP computers before. They have good quality products that work well, and are easy to use and understand. Also the price is good for people with limited budgets.

My old computer decided it was time to call it quits. So I turned to HP as my product of choice. It did not disappoint. Better still, Best Buy allows payments.

So far I am very happy with this laptop. I am not real computer savvy so there are still things I need to figure out but I also have the geek squad to help me if needed.

Almost seamless transition from previous 10 year old computer to this one. Purchased th Best Buy tech plan to assist with any future questions or issues

This hp laptop is really nice. The start-up is fast and it works really well. Had to switch to regular windows to install some program's but that didn't take long.

This is a pretty good laptop for the price, however I was disappointed that you cannot access 5G, only 2G. It is very light, looks good and has lots of power.

This is a great laptop. I needed to replace my 10 year old model. I needed to upgrade to windows 10 and this system is what I required and more.

Still adjusting to the lap top and Windows 10. Computer very nice. Mario of the Geek Squad downloaded files and set it up for us and did an outstanding job.

My lenovo laptop broke down after 5 years i work in an automotive job and im going to see if this one will out last my old laptop.. so far it is a great laptop

I was looking for a Laptop for some time. Prices were either too high and not enough technology or laptops were too small. This one for me is perfect.

I’m happy with this laptop, in terms of performance and design. It’s my work PC and meets all of my expectations. It feels sturdy, and the processor is quick.

Very good phone service, person was knowledgeable and nice. AnswerEd an old lady questions so she did it feel dumb. Curb service was quick and helpful.

Needed to replace my older laptop and the transition to Windows 10 is going quite well. Its a pretty basic laptop and it does what I need it to do.
