    The HP Laptop is a great addition. Just wished it was smaller in order to travel with. It has sufficient memory and will do the job I need it for.

    Nursing school has all been moved to online. Needed a new laptop and this one has met all and exceeded all expectations. Very satisfied!

    Couldn't get my e-mail (outlook) to load. Had to go to geek squad to get it done and even they couldn't get it to work. Can't get other programs I use in my business like Google Earth to load either...overall impression...bleh...

    Love how light this 17” screen laptop. We have an older model and it is heavy...love our HP products, we have 4 HP laptops all bought at Best Buy!

    It is an overall good computer. The only complaint I have is that trackpad buttons are a bit too loud. I know that is trivial, but it is annoying.
