    After 6 months the computer lights stop working. But due to covid 19 I could never schedule in person appointment. Overall a great laptop for the time that I did use it. The computer will turn on but it will not display the light. So is a waste of my money because now my warranty is over.

    I purchased this laptop hoping it would be a backup as my old laptop was taken to the shop to see if it could be repaired. It couldn't. I just assumed this laptop came with the basic Microsoft Office home edition. It did not. If you just want a basic laptop this product will work fine but if you're looking for a more upgraded one this one isn't it.
