Not working properly.

Geek Squad confirmed there was a problem with my computer. So my computer had to be sent off to be fixed. They said it will take 3-4 weeks. I asked for a loaner computer to use in the meantime but was told they didn’t do that. Not a happy camper!

A bit older than I'd recommend

If you get it cheap, it'll be a good basic+ or mid- level computer. Fast enough and will work for awhile, but it won't exactly fly.

Housing broke without reason, which obliges pressing it together - especially to get charging plug in. Small annoyances, but annoyances nevertheless.

Speed is good, the video and camera quality isn't good, it's very low. I was surprised it wasn't better. For other work, it's a good machine.
