Multiple problems
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The laptop mostly worked, but had issues. It you turned it off and plugged in the power, the battery sometimes charged and sometimes didn't. I had this for less that 2 years before a new problem arose. The physical connection between the screen and the keyboard started breaking in such a way that you could not close the laptop without destroying it. For a laptop that costs this much, and that I treated gently, I expected it to last longer than 2 years.

Nice, but a little bulky & poor screen resolution
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer functioned well but it was a little too big and the screen resolution was poor. I returned it and got a 2 in 1 HP 15.6"

Doesn't work for what I wanted it for
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I requested a laptop that I could use security cameras on and this is the computer and I was told would work for that. It doesn't, it was just a waste of money. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Not user friendly
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product is good but not user friendly and received no overview of the laptop given by Geek Squad. I am certain that there is a lot more that I could be doing with some instruction.

Great Computer, needs a couple upgrades
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice computer, does not get the high speed that the salesman told me it did so had to buy an adapter. The on/off button does not light up so you do not know when it turns on.

Windows 10 Home with S
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you only want to install Microsoft products, not a problem. If you want Chrome for a browser or Firefox for email, it's going to cost you another $99.

Husband loved it... but it’s ok.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When it arrived. A piece of the black plastic that is below the screen was not secured. Makes a cracking noise when it is opened and closed.

Very poor support from HP and Microsoft.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The computer itself functions well but getting help was impossible. HP phone numbers don't function and online help never addressed the problems I was having. Finally could only get help by paying for it via a tech help company online.

Cant adjust the touch pad it is still to sensitive
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cant adjust the touch pad, it is still to sensitive even on the lowest setting. If you get your finger to close it will change the screen without even hitting the pad which is very very frustrating when you loose your post and have to reboot. Not pleased with it at all.

Quality doesn't expected
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quality doesn't expected at all. It's expensive if we compared price with quality.

Low quality
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer itself is quite large but feels very poorly made. CD drive feels like it is about to fall off and keys are very loose. Extremely disappointed with the quality. I would recommend spending a bit more and purchase something that was more solidly built.

Keyboard unable to work
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately as much as I was so excited to get my HP laptop up and running, I was unable to do so. The keyboard froze and I was unable to proceed. Despite this problem, I would purchase another laptop but at the moment I will have to do some research as to whether or not to get another HP or perhaps a Dell.

Like the large screen size.
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice computer, but it only came with a 2.4G wireless card. Wish it had a dual band card that had the 5G also.

Kept shutting off
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop kept shutting of and after an error message turned back on - very annoying - I exchanged this laptop to Best Buy (no body there knew what was wrong with it) for the same model and that one kept shutting off with the same error message - which I returned for a different model! I was finally able to catch the error message with my phone which a sales rep looked up and found it to be a driver was not installed. Since I have no idea how to deal with that issue I went with a different model after 3 trips to the store
