Could be better for the price

This model would have been better if the pad was automatic and didn't require me to click on the screen then use arrows to move.b for the price I expected the quality to be a lot better, but I guess it is what it is.

Laptop

On 8/18/19 the laptop shut down in the middle of me editing pictures. It would not power back on. Laptop has been turned on less than 10 times since purchase. On 8/24/19, laptop was taken to the Geek Squad and sent to service center. I am currently awaiting notification of the problem.

Not good

What else can I say In fifty words.. iT BROKE DOWN. Cost 200.00 for repair. Took it to the Geek squad for repair. Was turned away because of no appointment. Milwaukee PC did the repair.

Durability=fail

The hinge broke within a couple of months, the case is broken in 5 places. The fan is broke. I suppose if you're happy replacing your machine every six months this machine may be fine. I'm not. Durability = fail.

I have had HP, COMPUTERS BEFORE.I can't get it to print. It wants my computer code. ..never needed a code before .Blocks of info come on the screen and I cannot get rid of them...It is frustrating, not worth the stress to use.
