Works perfect and fast. I love the large screen and the new windows edge features.

I love the size of the screen. It is very lightweight and very thin. I have no problem carrying it around with me to work and back home. Finally, I love the fact that it comes with a DVD drive. So many laptops now don't have that option. I am a little disappointed that the wifi isn't 5G, but at least it still works well.

Needed to replace my current computer and this was perfect for the things I need it for. I am not a gamer, I do minimum online shopping and I am not into social media so I can't speak to those who are looking for something heavy duty to fit those needs. But as a portable computer this was perfect for the price. I was able to wait for a pre-Christmas sale so very well worth the price!

The laptop was perfect for my mom. Lightweight and easy to open and close. She loved it.

My son came over to set it up for my wife, and walked her through everything. she loves it , its her first so she was a little worried that she would have trouble figuring things out. Not a problem, she handled it just fine. salesmen at store was great. Now I don't have to worry about her using my PC. Thanks!

Let me just say I love this computer. It does everything it is supposed to. I also want to say my customer service was a negative five. The salesperson at the store was wonderful, but I had to go to a different store to pick it up. I won't get into the details on here but I did complain to best buy about it but I never did get a response from them. Totally disgusted with best buy.

I bought this computer for my step father who is over 80 years old. He was replacing an old desktop that was on its last leg. I was able to set it up within minutes. At first, he was somewhat confused that he didn't have to start a number of items to get started, but soon was very comfortable with the computer and was on his way. He likes to look at YouTube videos about cars.

I've had this laptop since May of last year. I like the size of the screen, but it is too large and heavy to be supported by the base. (The back of mine cracked even though I mostly leave it at home) I really like the user interface, and it hasn't had any problems with speed for me, but on top of the screen problems it started making loud awful mechanical whirring sounds today. I can't find an email for HP customer service. I'd love for this to be remedied, please send me an email of where I can get some help.

My old laptop of 9 years finally died. I wasn't looking for a high powered, do everything laptop. This one is perfect for my needs. I wanted a laptop with a larger screen, the keys are easy to use, and it boots up really fast. I mainly use it for online searches and emails but it has enough space that I can load pictures from my phone. I'm very happy with it!
