But still a good computer for my needs. Family photos videos suffering the Internet and work that I bring home. Not much of a gamer - if your looking for a good game computer I wouldn't choose this one.

Love the bigger screen size and after getting a few issues resolved with Geek Squad most everything is doing well. still have a small issue with the Microsoft solitaire collection shutting off after completion of each game and hope I can resolve this some day

Amazingly fast and incredible speed for the price.

Purchased this laptop for our household. It's one of the larger models (17") and it is very basic but has a good operating system. Battery lasts an adequate amount of time IF you turn off the apps that run in the background. Pretty pleased with our purchase.

Not pleased. This unit had 8gig RAM, icore7 but runs very slow. Not at all pleased

I am not an IT person and setting up my computer somewhat intimidates me! I have someone that said they would help me but their time is limited. I look forward to have this set up and have Photoshop and Lightroom added so I can play more with my photography!

first windows 10 stopped working one month after one year warranty and I hardly used it. Just waiting to see how this one works. Curser still jumps around alot. going to use separate mouse. At least this newer 10 is a little bit easier to use.

Purchased by my wife to replace a laptop that died at her school since budgets are tight. Overall it has performed just fine, the CD player was key so she could continue to play educational material through the projectors at school.

I got the computer for $499. The speed and size is great. My only complaint at this time is that the speakers are located underneath, therefore you can get great sounds from them. Other than that, I'm satisfied with me purchase.

Reviewed and found online then went to the store for purchase. There wasn't a display model for the one I wanted so it took the salesperson a minute to figure out which one I needed but once he got it from the back even he was amazed at what I was getting for such a great price.

My son's old lap top computer needed to be replaced. With help of store assistant we picked this out. Son loves it. Much faster processing and easy to use. More compact then old one would buy again.

The laptop purchase was a good buy in my opinion. I'm using it for business and nothing too heavy duty. My only issue is that it can be a bit slow. Probably need to boost the memory at some point.

My desktop was starting to act up strangely, so I was somewhat pushed to purchase a new computer... and this time went with a laptop for mobility sake. I was able to narrow down my choices, and feel that I picked a good one. So far so good.

It has been a good computer so far (not had it long). I only give it four stars because it has frozen on me twice and I have had to restart. Other than that, it has worked as expected.

This laptop is super fast for the price. You get a Core i7 with 8 gigs of memory that alone is worth the price. Excellent bright display with plenty of Real Estate. I swapped the hard drive for an SSD which made it lightning fast.

Quick to start up, runs great, easy to set up and use. This is my second HP with the large 17.3" screen size. Geek squad helped me get my data transferred from old computer and were very helpful. Very happy with this purchase.
