Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the picture on the 17" screen. I'll be using it for both viewing and streaming. Excellent value.

Did lots of research to find laptop capable of easily editing video. This HP was the answer. Huge screen, fast processor, plenty of memory, and all kinds of inputs and outputs. Best Buy had it in Stock and at the best price.

Very satisfied with laptop. Processing speed is good, but expected more. Could be Comcast though. Still adjusting to Windows 10. Would have gone w/7, if I had the option.

Lots of reviews about pros and cons. I didn't have any problems playing sims 4 game. Touchpad, speaker placement are all true probably why it is at a give away price.

I love the the storage , the graphics, the windows, the whole nine yards. This is a great product and as a teacher and parent of a college age child this has been a welcome addition to our home.

First HP PC we purchased did not work correctly, had to replace after trying it for a couple of weeks. The new one seems to work well and does the job intended/

All the great specs HP, I7, 8GB, 1TB, 17" laptop for under $500.....what a deal. Bought this for my father-in-law. 17" monitor was easy to read, good color and very quick. It should last him many years.

Love this computer. No complaints so far. Don't forsee one either. My last laptop was an HP and I honestly don't think I would ever buy anything else.

So far so good, this is a great basic laptop with exceptional hardware. I didn't need touch screen or 2 in 1 capabilities so this was a perfect choose.

Laptop is great, big screen that has a clear display. Only reason I docked a star was all the preloaded garbage software Best Buy includes.

Was very happy with the laptop,only 4 stars because the battery life isn't the greatest but not a concern for me since I primarily use it plugged in

I bought the laptop to handle low grade photo editing and research. It handles all functions well. The buttons on it are a little stiff at times but overall a great laptop for a great price.

This computer has what you will need for everyday computer. This includes a drive for CDs, CDROMS.etc. Also a HDMI plug and a every good screen. We are quite pleased and would recommend it.

The battery is only lasting about 2 - 3 hours when I am on Design space working than I need to charge it.

I was a little shaky at first. Very used to Windows 7 Geek Squad helped me iron out a few wrinkles. Also got help on micrsoft.com/dupport

There has not been a problem with the functioning of this laptop. Any issues I've encountered can be blamed on Windows 10 in my opinion.

I like the way it awakens when I raise the lid. Still being new, it is faster than my old laptop. It could use a couple more USB ports.

It is easy to use and very efficient, I have enjoyed using the laptop for my sewing business.

I received this computer as a Christmas gift from my husband and it is great. It starts immediately and is so fast compared to my old computer which takes forever to start up!

Bought this laptop for my wife and she loves it. A little too bulky for those who will use it for travel, but overall great deal.
