    Best Buy sales Reps told me the HP Computer came with Bluetooth and is WHY I bougjt it. After loading it with operating system and many of my programs, (lots of hours expended) I purchased a Sony wirless headset and thought All was good only to find out the computer did not have Bluethooth. I then had Geek Squad ck.it out and tech could not find Blietooth either. (Pain in the Butt expierence with theaes purshases and in order not to have to reload and test all my software and files. I was offerwd to bring the computer back for a refund or exchange BUT I just haf too much time and frustratio in it to start ove. I have had to buy the Insignia Bluetooth adaptor which I felt should jave been offered free due to Best Buy's mistakes.
