This is my 1st HP I7 Laptop & I'm glad I bought it

Although I had read a few of the bad ratings, I also read some very good reviews and decided to purchase it. It was very slow and did not perform the way a pentium7 - 7th generation should. It appears to be a hit or miss with this laptop. I returned it to Best Buy and received a full refund without any hassle. HP at this time appears to need better quality control. I have purchased other HP laptops that have performed well. The price of this laptop was very reasonable and I wish the one purchased had worked properly.

Don't let i7 fool you because it certainly does not perform as an i7. Very slow, just doing basic stuff, it takes forever to loan, every app program takes long to load.

Issues with connecting over wifi to an older router. Took a while to figure this out. It would not connect. At all.

Slower than I had hoped for. Tends to load slow and takes additional time to load apps or bring up web articles

Everything works fine with this laptop. It can be slow at times and when plugged in the screen has glitches.

The computer is ok now since it is working. I was having problems with the computer not starting up and had to do a shut down. I was offered a free Geek Squad setup and made an appointment. When I arrived, I was told that I should have purchased the tech package ($99-$300) Very disappointed. Will probably never buy from Best Buy again.

The Laptop is a decent one, however, I should have purchased the touch screen model.

Laptop is decent, the main dislike is the speaker/sound quality.

I did not have a good experience with this laptop. I purchased it and it ran very slow. This screen size was great but the processing system was not up to par.

It was a bad experience. I pick up the first laptop and WiFi didn't work. As I didn't want a brand new laptop fixed, I replace it for another same specs, and screen had pixels problems. Best buy didn't have any similar for same price, so I had to down grade and get me a Lenovo i5; how disappointing it was to get an open item for the price of a brand new laptop. I was very needed of the laptop and keep the open item. Being polite, as everyone was in the stor the 3 times i had to be there for the laptops issues, doesn't solve problems generated.

Power connect on left side, needed right side connect. Wish it had back lit light. Didn't look like it has an HDMI port. Returned product. Not pleased. Wish I had purchased up.

I thought this would suit my needs with the I7 and 8gb of ram. Internet slow. Cheap build quality. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because of the price.

Easy set up. Ran slower than I thought it would; mainly with start-up and pulling up the browser and other applications.

I did not even have this computer two weeks and I had to take it to Geek Squad twice, they finally found that the drivers needed to be updated that was why the computer was not working and would continue to shut off randomly. They said even if they updated the drivers they were not sure it would work properly.

The computer would constantly blue screen showing IRQL & memory management errors. Exchanged for the Asus 2 in 1 touchscreen laptop.

The worse computer that I have in my life. The body of the computer broke in a few months.
