Got this laptop for my wife, so she can use for work, she hasn't had any complaints about it and loves how thin and user friendly it is

works great for my kid. quick and smooth hard drive could have been larger but it works for her. screen is very sharp.

It is everything I anticipated and more. I am a Chromebook junkie as they are so easy to use. I do not need to update anything, they do it for me. This includes and security issues, too, so no extra spyware, etc. And, they have almost everything available on other platforms also available. It is so easy to use a literal plug and play computer. Love at first sight!

Bought this for a friend. Extremely easy to setup. Touch screen is awesome. Easy for an edelweiss person too learn.

Bought two of these chromebooks on sale. Great price! Good speed, clear image, Screen size adequate for movie viewing, Hulu, etc. Overall no problems so far.

I really like this Chromebook. I picked it up at a great price. Its Super fast and the battery lasts a long time.

This is my first chromebook and I love it! Style is nice & sleek, easy to navigate, and not too heavy! Very useful for home and schoolwork!

Bought this to replace a Chromebook that was starting to slow down. This one is fast and extremely easy to use.

I got this on black Friday for $250 and it was definitely worth it! It has not gotten too hot in my month of use (only warm to the touch) and it has stayed quiet. Because of the OS, you really don't need powerful parts, so this is a really fast chromebook. The 180° rotating hinge has also worked great, and has not had any issues. The only reason I am giving it four stars is because I've noticed that the screen tends to smudge easily, but nothing that is too hard to prevent, and easy to fix if it ever happens to you.

Once I completed my Masters program I put my personal laptop away and forgot about it until the time came for me to refresh my resume and pursue better opportunities. I walked into BB knowing what I wanted but no idea which laptop fit my needs (personal emails, and documents). The sales associate heard my needs, and quickly pointed me to this item. I have had it for a month and really enjoy it, I probably have not explored all of the features, but I highly recommend for anyone not interested in excessive streaming.

I really thought I would like this Chromebook. I like the design and it's light. Here are few things I don't like. I have to restart the computer often because the web browser won't come up the first time. I also don't like that fact that it's not compatible with some apps. I bought this computer to work from home but I could not get to my work desktop with this device. I wish I would have really looked into this Chromebook before I bought it.

First time using touch screen chrome, very easy to use and light to carry around. I’ve bring this chrome book everywhere i go.

This is my first time trying a Chromebook and I have to say I am impressed. I wanted to make sure I got a laptop with enough RAM and latest processor, this offered it at a great price. It runs smoothly and I haven't had any problems with it.

Very user friendly, super fast! Love that it fold all the way around too. Love it!

Fast! Everything works great. A perfect upgrade to our older chromebook! We are probably going to buy another.

Very nice chromebook. Fast speed and works great. Good speakers. Need to purchase a memory card for any substantial storage though.

A good chromebook with high performance. I love the touch function. The i3 10th CPU is very fast in chromebook.

Just love this hp! It is touch screen and very handy. It is also an energy saver. It sleeps on its own when unattended.

Isn’t the best I’ve owned. But for the price, it is worth it. I can take it anywhere Given that it is so light weight. Battery life is also good.

Very good laptop, clear screen, easy access and just overall good quality. Only thing is it requires an update to often
