Customer Ratings & Reviews

Loving this chromebook. 8/64 is the right combo for snappy response and onboard storage at the right price. The HD screen is a major plus. Recommended.

Great little laptop that does everything you need it to do. Touch screen and adaptable as a tablet if you need that too. Can't go wrong with this one.

Great school laptop for my son. Great son. Fast. Perfect for homework and playing games

While this is a relatively inexpensive computer, the quality is very high. In fact, the quality is higher than some more expensive computers we looked at. The specs are strong and will give my daughter several years of school use. Of all the computers we bought and returned for the work/school/personal use during the pandemic (quality control was obviously overwhelmed during the global shortage of computers), this is the only one we opened up, handed to the kids, and heard not a single complaint. Mission accomplished.

Very impressive HP Chromebook with excellent capabilities and easy to set up. We bought this one for our daughter and she loves it.

Works and performs well. Great touch screen! Takes a little while to get used to the operating system, if you're a Windows user.

works great. had to replace our last paperweight. chromebooks are fast but they don't last long.

This chromebook is great for the price! Does everything from online meetings to downloads. My high schooler loves it! I would recommend this for the price!

This computer works well and is very fast! Takes getting use to the way chrome operating system over using Windows. Like the touchscreen feature the best! I'd recommend it

Absolutely love the color of white and gold together, bought for my daughter for Christmas and think she is gonna love it!!!! Touchscreen as well

Instead of a conventional laptop, I decided to try a chromebook. The one I bought exceeded my expectations in all ways but one. My plans are to install a linux os on it when support ends, perhaps sometime in 2024. I had read that new chromebooks are now linux ready "out of the box", as of earlier in 2019. I asked the salesperson at best buy about this, and he said that pretty much all of the chromebooks in the store have this feature. This one was on sale and I don't think it is linux ready, in that sense. I understand I can still install the linux os, but doing so will be more complicated than I would like.

Really enjoy this computer. Buying, shipping and now using is wonderful! We are enjoying this product and Best Buy is simply the best!

All of my classroom stuff is on GoogleDrive, so a Chromebook is the perfect computer. This one has all the features I need and it was really easy to set up.

My 8 year old uses it for home work and it works great for him and also my daughter who is in college and it works great for her to!!

Easy to use. Great price. Very versatile. Grandkids using them for school this year. Tough graders. They give it a big "thumb's up."

Love the ease of useage plus not having to worry about viruses updates and scans on its own all the time. Really fast good memory

Great chromebook! Updated with current applications and meets our online classroom requirements. Very happy with this purchase.

This machine is engineered to be nearly zero maintenance. It succeeds. The extra big memory and fast io ports make media transfers easy. The display is absolutely beautiful. If most of your information is cloud based, this is a perfect way to work with it. The only weakness I can see is a lack of DVD codecs, which limit usefulness of external optical drives. If I could find a good cloud based video editor, this would be my primary machine. The weight is a bit heavy, but the build quality offsets it. As a data or server access machine it is perfect.

Does everything I have asked at a very favorable price. Love the keyboard and how well it response. Great battery life and quick to power up.

Great chromebook. Exactly what we needed for web apps, kids teams for remote learning. Touchscreen and pad work really well.
