Customer Ratings & Reviews

This Chromebook is awesome! It doesn't get hot and comes up very fast. Only downside for me is the missing number keys.

I bought this when it was on sale and I’m telling you, it’s very easy to use, and fast and great on battery life.

Pretty great chromebook for the price. It’s sleek, has a solid build, and contains lots of cool nifty features. The finger scanner and backlit keyboard are super sweet as well. I was planning on buying a Mac but when this unit went on sale I just felt like this would be a better bit for me since I’m using it as a 2nd computer. Definitely recommend. I’ve only had it for a few days but I have a family member who’s had hers for months and hasn’t complained about it yet!

Bought for my son to use at school/home. Really nice laptop. Fast and reliable. Tablet feature is flawless. My son loves it. Recommend highly.

Unit is made of solid materials and the internal components are great compared to other similarly priced units. For 399 with student discount, this Chromebook is one of the best at this price point. Screen is plenty bright and gold resolution. Minus one star for Best Buy not HP. Paid Best Buy for 2 day delivery and got it in 5-6 with Best Buy not the carrier at fault for this and Best Buy’s website still telling me it was on time. Tell the truth on the shipping. When it has not left your facility do t say it has shipped. COVID is not an excuse for this

This is a great laptop for the price. It is my son's first computer and he loves it. Uses it for school and games. Couldn't be happier!

So happy with my purchase. The rep was so helpful and it was such a wonderful experience. I walked out so happy with my purchase

I really liked this Laptop However the weight was an issue for me as it is almost 4 lbs I also noticed it became hot at times otherwise excellent!

My girls says the laptop is very convenient laptop. It has touch screen and it also flips into a tablet. She’s very happy with it!!

My daughter loves it. She uses chrome books in school. She says it's lightning fast too..Good Buy

So fast!!! Love the operating system. The backlit keyboard is clutch at this price point. Wish I bought two instead of one.

Great laptop for what it's for. I'm switching from an old Sony Vaio laptop that was running on windows and wanted to get a laptop that would be an easy switch . The Chromebook IOS has given me no problems, especially with an Android phone it's very easy to use and operate. My only drawback about this is that there aren't many stylus that can be used on this screen. Also the screen struggles with higher resolution videos which is a bummer. Other than that I can't be upset with my purchase

First, overall I think this chrome book is a good value. The battery life, high quality display an good keyboard and keyboard are all great. However, the case uses cheap feeling plastic and my sample was not perfectly flat across the bottom. This caused the laptop to see-saw back and forth across opposing corners when on a flat surface. This got annoying enough to for me to eventually return the unit. I’d still recommend it but check the one you get for build defects.

Perfect inexpensive, simple computer for playing videos, small downloads. We use for homeschool purposes. Just enough for us!

For a person who knows little to nothing about computers, this Chromebook is great! It just works. Everything is simple and its easy to set up.

Excellent Chromebook! Strong build, clear screen. This is a big step up from your low-end Chromebooks in the $200-$400 range.

First venture into chromebook ... Was great on the learning curve for getting started ... Price was extremely competitive .... would buy again

Bought this for my next semester and I love it! It’s great to be able to switch from laptop to tablet mode easily. Im always excited to use it

Just about every feature on the Chromebook is what you would want on a Chromebook. So far I wish I would have bought a second for the sale price.

This Chromebook is just what I was looking for. It's made with good metal, has a great screen and solid sound. Keyboard is backlit too. Love it.
