I got it to help me with my college study. it a great laptop overall. the camera is alright, just needs extra light. I need up returning it since my school uses Microsoft. The speakers weren't the best but it gets the job done. Also, there was a yellow type of screen whenever there was a black screen.

We haven’t had any trouble with this Chromebook during the start of school these past few weeks. It has worked beautifully, and the 14” touchscreen is the perfect size. I know some people have mentioned trouble with Internet connectivity, but we haven’t experienced that.

The Chromebook is amazing for use as a full time student!

Had an issue with the first purchase of this chromebook and had to return it to BestBuy! The store experience and the Manager at the Palisades store was less than stellar, however, the actual merchandise is perfect. Definitely serves it purpose and worth the money!

This chromebook is great, I purchased this for my daughter for use with school. I did all the reading up on them all and for the price you are getting everything you need in a chromebook. so save your time reading up and watching reviews you won't be disappointed with the this one

A very good chromebook, lots of memory and flash, very nice color. The screen is bright and swivels 360 degrees to convert to a tablet. Only down side is the weight, which makes it hard to use as a tablet.

I wouldn’t be able to get by with it as an only computer - chromebooks can’t manipulate PDFs very well, and I have some trouble with it restarting itself frequently (but maybe that’s just mine). Starts up crazy fast, though, and is light and easy to carry around.

some apps on windows base will not work on chrome.

I really liked this chromebook but had to return it because the fan comes on constantly and is annoying and noisy. It really bothers me when I am concentrating. Bummer because I got it on sale for $399. I just ordered the ASUS Flip C434 for $499. This unit does not have a fan.

My daughter use this everyday for school great product but burnt out before the year was up so I would suggest you get the extended warranty although HP fixed it is still a little scared for something that wasn't even a year old

Everything that one might one in a decent chromebook. Specs are at the premium range. For those that care about the brightness, its much brighter than most of my other acer chromebook. Only thing I don't like is that you can't really adjust the backlit keyboard without disabling the auto function.

This model and the new one are almost always on sale. This makes for excellent bang for your buck. The keyboard and track pad are the best. The i3 cpu handles tasks with no problems. In tablet mode it is a bit heavy. I love using it in tent form for watching movies.

My daughter's laptop crashed. This was the perfect soulutio for her school work. Has nice memory. Pretty decent price. Love the 2 in one feature. Connects right to network at school so no Wifi issues.Her sister got a smaller one. Said she wished she had seen this one.

Got a great deal on this Chromebook on Black Friday and I am absolutely loving it. I originally purchased it for work, but I love it so much it has been my "go to" at home over my MacBook Pro. It has so many features and is very user friendly. Purchase it, you will not regret it!

My daughter loves this computer. When the kids stayed at home for Covid that’s all she used. Now when she gets home every night she comes home and does homework on it. Have never had any problems with it.

For the past several months I have stopped using My laptop as I do everything with this chrome book now. I enjoy it so much that I purchased one for my grandson who is 7 and he absolutely loves it! This is a for sure purchase for anyone to get out of the clunky laptops

I would say this is a ok laptop... it works well for my 7 y.o. daughter since this is the type of laptop they use at her school. But beyond simple school programs it seems to be lacking or maybe I just don't know how to use it. Also the free anti virus they provide is not compatible with this laptop
