I really like how quickly it loads upon startup. Everything is extremely fast and with the additional options that Linux gives you, you can do just about anything. If you're moving from windows, be ready for a bit of a learning curve

The feel quality is great with the mix of metal. I also love that you can go from laptop to full table with ease. The screen is very responsive and quick. This is not the best for people with iPhones because you connect your phone really or add iTunes!

This was such a great purchase. I was looking for a good budget Chromebook and I went with this product. I've had it for almost two years and it's still growing strong.

Great computer... until it got a drink spilled on it :( wahh! Get the protection plan, especially if your kids are using it, or if you’re just a naturally clumsy person. Waiting for it to go on sale, we will purchase it again.

The finger print recognition stopped working within 1 month of purchase. Otherwise it is a decent product for the price. There is only 1 USB port, hence you may have to buy a USB Hub along with it.

Much better than expected. Very well built. Only issue is that if you try to print/scan using HP Smart you will feel like you need a Windows PC. Instead go into settings and search for print or scan as those work.

Simple to use and if you have a hard time setting it up Best Buy will be more than willing to help. Supper impressed with this product

I bought this for my 10 yr old daughter for school work and to play computer games. So far she loves it. She is able to go on all her meets with no problem. Sometimes, not often, the games can get a little laggy. Overall, I do recommend this laptop.

This laptop is gorgeous build and versatile! I am not a big fan of the screen because I prefer bright-vibrant colors but if you can get past the dull looking screen, you’ll love everything else about the Chromebook.

easy to setup...still learning how to use. Connected to wifi and printer easily. Use to having a printed page to follow in learning where everything is and how to use. I need a lesson on what the different symbols are.

I needed a new chromebook and purchased this during the holiday sale. This chromebook is very fast and has a very nice touch screen. You can also use it as a tablet as well. It also plays all of the games without difficulty.

I'm not much of a tech person, I generally read reviews and talk to my friends who are more tech savvy than I am and solicit their opinions. The general consensus was that this computer would more than meet my needs.

It wasn’t compatible with the software I needed to use for working from home it was pretty cool though I noticed it was touch screen so I was fascinated by that my MacBook isn’t even touch screen

We bought this laptop combo on a whim right before school started so that our daughter could have a device of her very own for kinder. It has been a great invest thus far. She has learned to maneuver and use it on her own.

purchased as an open box deal. Refurbished and updated by the BestBuy team. After almost a month there have been no issues. A bit of a learning curve for me since this was my first chromebook experience...other than that there are no issues

Fantastic for my son for school! Works well. He uses it all the time and it has a good graphic. We will possibly purchase another when my other child needs one. The price was fair as well for the storage and everything

This was a replacement for my son's gaming laptop while we get that fies. He loves this! In fact, he hasn't even missed playing his Steam games so we'll probably hold off on getting him a gaming laptop for a while now.

I really like this Chromebook The only problem with it is that the mouse arrow is mostly black so it is hard to keep track of sometimes It can be frustrating ! Other than that it is easy to you and nice crisp color and a very clear picture

My daughter is a college student and her previous laptop weighed about twice as much as this model. She really enjoys the portability of this chromebook. It does all that she needs and is much easier than the laptop to carry around campus.

Excellent product chromebook the best, the only thing I don't like is the service because costumers had to wait several time until someone is Available to help you And I see a lot of lazy people walking around
