I am in love with my Chromebook! The touchscreen makes it very easy to navigate between apps! Documents are a breeze to type and create and the sound quality of the speakers is amazing! Great purchase!

Got as a Christmas gift and worked out perfectly with keeping up during the current pandemic. It is a little heavy (we are used to light apple products) but so far it's working nice and it is aesthetically pleasing.

It’s good average wouldn’t download some apps but like how it’s touchscreen and keyboard lights up also the camera is good quality just hate that you can’t download some apps.

I've been using it for 4 months now, and it froze on me once randomly right before an interview. That's the only time it's ever frozen, and it works well again, but makes me a bit nervous? Overall decent price for the product

We purchased 2 of these for schoolwork. Needed touchscreen since mousepads are difficult for younger kids. These are great! Great size, great picture, easy to navigate. My husband now wants one for himself!

We bought this as a lightweight system to take on trips. It does email, browsing nicely. I added VLC to play videos but haven't decided to use it or the built-in video player. I added a 256GB microSD card for the storage of videos and epub/cbr files for reading.

Absolutely love this laptop. Runs amazingly fast, has great build quality, and is very versatile. Would highly recommend looking into a 2 in 1 chromebook if you're looking to replace an old laptop.

Was looking to upgrade my son's computer at a reasonable price and this was perfect. It's a huge upgrade to his former Chromebook and he loves it's functionality. (He is 15 for reference) Both he and I are pleased.

The laptop itself is ok. Nothing really special but thats what I was on the market for. My only dislike is that the keyboard makes it feel weird when I want to use it as a table. Its something I can manage with though.

I have had this computer for a month, and it has exceeded my expectations. It was significanly cheaper than the Surface I was looking at, and has more features I use. Given the chance, I would buy this computer again.

The computer works as advertised. The one downside that I missed is the it doesn't have a hdmi port. Really? I do take the blame for not noticing that but this isn't a low-end box, why doesn't it have an hdmi port?

I certainly cannot complain about this laptop. For the price that I paid, it is pretty top notch. While it is not the most powerful laptop it certainly handles everything that I need it for.

So far so good, haven't had much trouble learning how to use it with all its amazing features. It would be a clear 5 if the screen wouldn't go green for a split sec when opening or sometimes moving from app to app

I am personally not a fan of the Chromebook but this was for my husband and he is in love with the thing. Our whole home is google so this fit right in and he uses it daily.

Was very happy with it until I noticed a crack in the screen. Did some research and found out this is pretty common defect with these chrome notebooks due to how hot they can get

This Chrome is exactly what my granddaughter needed for her high school classes. She was struggling with her old second hand Chrome. This 14" touch-screen Chrome has made her assignments a breeze.

Went shopping with little experience in the world of chrome books. Picked this one for price and availability before the holidays. Very pleased with ease of use, touchscreen and keyboard. Fits basic family needs.

Had to get use to a Chromebook but was pretty easy, and the best part is I got this at an AWESOME deal on Cyber Monday. Love its functionality and how it works well with my Galaxy S10. It also looks really nice.

I got this chrome book when my company allowed remote working due to the virus. My laptop was too old to work the system from My company. This was the perfect price, and I love that I can make it a tablet.

Great laptop. The only complaint is that the screen struggles against direct sunlight, but not really a problem if you are aware and make adjustments to your setting.
