So far this Chrome book rocks. Watch Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime videos, pay my bills and peruse the internet. The tablet option is definitely a big plus. I highly recommend this product.

My kid loves this Chromebook. Even though we have not used it for school yet, hoping that it holds up during travel to and from school. It was a good buy for the price.

I bought it for our daughter who was initially going away for college, but now classes have shifted to online. She likes how it has many apps already installed that she uses. I also received a great deal via student deals.

I never had a laptop of my own before, and this product is very user friendly. With remote learning, I've been staring at screens for up to eight or nine hours a day, and this product has made those days slightly easier.

Great product. It has i5 processor which is rare in a Chromebook. The network card he also very good and supports high speed AC. Build quality is very good. I would definitely recommend.

Frame feels sturdy and of high quality. 8gb ram instead of typical 4gb is an important detail, paired with the newest gen intel processor. Audio is decent, not too tinny, and the keyboard is nice.

The only issue that I have with it that makes me really frustrated and regret my purchase at times is that sometimes it will go to sleep when I'm watching videos and also when I leave it alone. When it goes to sleep it does NOT come on by just tapping the space bar or touchpad. I have to turn the whole computer on and off, this happens multiple times a day every day. I should have waited to get another computer even if it's not an apple. I went to Geek squad about it months ago and all the guy did was turn off and on my computer, I don't think they actually did anything. I'm going to go back to see if they can actually fix it.

I needed to upgrade my computer for work. As a teacher there is so much we have to have on our devices or have access too. I have always been a big fan of an HP product.

The reason it does not get 5 stars is that it does not have a caps lock. Very annoying. Also, even though the keys have a back-light-up feature, it was difficult trying to figure out how to adjust. Overall, it has been sufficient.

When it came on sale, it definitely was worth it! I gave it to my sister as her present and she loves it! She enjoys it more than her iPad. She enjoys using Android apps on it and the Linux applications.

This has been an excellent buy for me. Two minor criticisms are I would like a brighter screen and better speakers. For the $380 I paid on Black Friday it is by far the best "bang for buck" chromebook.

I bought this chrome book for my granddaughter to use at school. She has already learned many features. It’s the perfect fit for elementary school and we expect it to be useful through college.

Quality was decent, but the software you download was not user friendly on this chrome book. The apps I needed were too small to read and shaped like a tiny smart phone on the big 14” screen.

Great laptop for students. It’s very easy to use it’s versatile and there’s nothing better than being able to navigate with the touchscreen I would recommend this to any new student entering college or high school

laptop is having minor issues less than a year later. Can not download Word or any applications like that. Bad for a student

Really good computer. If you can get it open box and save a few dollars will be a better deal. Overall, it is a good laptop for anyone. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

Absolutely love this thing! It's simple, safe, and secure which I like. It's built pretty well and despite not having "amazing" specs it still handled my field with with ease.

This was a really nice Chromebook. Size is nice for a 14" laptop. Screen is ok. Wasn't a big fan of the keyboard as it felt very stiff to me and started to hurt my fingers. Overall 4 out of 5.

Great present for our granddaughter! She was so excited and she knows how to use it because of distance learning using a chromebook!

I’ve had a good experience overall, However the camera isn’t that good and I wished the brightness could have been brighter. But besides that it’s a great computer to do everyday things with and great for kids to play on
