not powerful enough for what I want. The camera was not very good and it was low in ram. The sound was good and the screen was also very good

Love this Chromebook. However, I wish the display could be adjusted to be brighter than it does. Difficult to see outdoors on a sunny day even without direct sunlight.

Got the hp cromebook for my son for Christmas. He was in need of a better, more effective, cromebook. This one has a lot more memory and better processor, should be great for his college work. Thanks .

The old chrome book didn’t have any of the capabilities that this new one . So now my grandson has all the memory and capabilities that is required to do his school work as needed

excellent customer service - i can't locate my receipt but the young salesman explained all oft he features from different styles/brands i learned alot and my niece loves it is was a great purchase

Needs a soild state drive instead of flash but otherwise very good product im hoping it last have had bad experience with hp but reviews where good so what the hell try it. So far so good its awesome.

Works fast and clean. Not stutter/lag and can have multi video images going at once even while word processing for notes. Battery last about 10 hours so no complaints.

Got this for our daughter who is a junior in high school and is taking her classes at home due to the covid situation. She is extremely happy with it and that in turn makes us the same.

It definitely does the job. I don't think it should have been $599. I like that you can turn it into a ipad but i probably will go back to apple.

So far it’s nice and my daughter loves it. Should have bought one for myself also at the Black Friday price. But the antivirus that came with it was not compatible with chrome os, so it was useless.

All of the features of the 2 in 1 Chromebook are perfect for my needs as a teacher. I use it to teach virtually in my Google Meets with students and also use it for home use.

The picture resolution is amazing. It doesn't allow download on a lot of google play store games, which is unfortunate. Also, when used as a tablet, the edges get really scratched up, so be careful.

Looking for an overdue upgrade on my laptop... and I found this good open-box deal. Couldn't be happier. Everything I needed (i.e. 14" touchscreen, 8GB) at a valued price.

Overall, a lot to like about this, but screen is definitely too dim for most part, pretty useless in sun and any lighted room. Good value with on sale and educational discount, not really worth at retail.

Our son needs to have a chromebook for 8th grade. This model exceeded all the specs for the option provided by the school for purchase, and we purchased it for the same price on Black Friday.

I initially bought the Samsung Chromebook plus v2 with m3 processor. Unfortunately/fortunately the track pad was broken and I returned it. I am glad I did because the x360 was on sale and I scooped it up.

Overall product is fairly good. A little on the pricer side, would have liked better image quality for watching movies and shows and louder sound system. Not the most user friendly because you basically need to learn how to use a whole different type of system, slightly reminiscent to the way you would use an Apple computer when converting from using PCs. Its essentially a blownup version of a phone with a little more additions to make it be like a laptop. The product is average and honestly wouldn't buy it again, would pay more next time for a better PC.
